La Madona is the only Italian restaurant in the Matawan area that everyone should be giving their business to. They have the absolute best sauce and entrées. Their subs come in a soft, seeded semolina bread and they serve the very best chicken parmigiana. My personal favorite is served with vodka. There are other options in the area but they are a very distant second

I ordered delivery and the chicken wings were undercooked and the celery was old and wilted. The pizza was raw and looked like they threw it in the box! This is the last time I order from here!

Since moving to New Jersey from Brooklyn, NY we have been ordering pizza from La Madona since day 1! Their pizza is consistently delicious. We love the upside down vodka square with pepperoni and sausage! It’s a family favorite. During my pregnancies I’ve craved their spinach rolls and Colosseum Salad. I definitely recommend this restaurant for the food. At times the workers can be short or rude while ordering over the phone. Sometimes it’s off putting because we spend so much money there.During my recent visit in the restaurant, everyone was very nice and attentive. It was a great experience. I tried a new avocado salad. It was delicious. Again, I highly recommend this pizzeria.

Called to place an order for pickup, the nastiest girl answered the phone, miss personality plus! She said it would be a half an hour I said no problem. Got the bag home and they didn't secure the kids, we took opened the bags and the food was all over. We called and they said we can get another order delivered. We salvaged what we had, didn't want anything else from them. Food is ok and not worth the money. Most of all is the nasty bitch at the counter. She should be a toll collector.

My nephew obviously has gotten the voldk pizza from here before that was ok but I don't like it so we also ordered a plain pie which was burnt on the bottom needless to say I will not order again.
