We used Palms Plaza to cater our off-site wedding, and couldn't be more happy with our decision! We worked very closely with Margo who handles the off-site parties (they also have a venue in Matawan) and she was really great to work with. We met with her a few times before the wedding and she was very helpful and knowledgeable, helping us to decide what works or makes the most sense, which we really appreciated. She was also very accommodating to our requests and responded really quickly to any questions we had leading up to the wedding. The day of, everything went exactly as we had planned it with no issues. The food was exceptional, everyone was very happy with it. The prime rib for the carving station was some of the best I've ever had. We were very impressed with the setup for cocktail hour and the passed out appetizers, all of the servers and bartenders were extremely friendly and professional. Without a doubt, I highly recommend them for anyone looking to have catering for their wedding or any other party. I would for sure use them again and recommend them to family and friends!

Palms catered our daughters sweet 16 party and were amazing! They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Margo knows her stuff and gets it done! The waitstaff and bartenders were personable and hardworking. And Everyone raved about the food!! Then at the end of the event I turned around and they had everything cleaned up for us and ready to put back in the truck. I am so unbelievably grateful to them!!! Because of them this will be an event none of us will ever forget. We will be using palms plaza for any of our future events !!

I cant say enough great things about the 60th birthday party I just hosted here. Alan made the all inclusive planning easy, the room was set up beautifully and the young kids loved the game room. The guests couldn:t stop raving about the food. The wait staff was friendly, professional and paid attention to every detail the whole night. I highly recommend them, they will make your event special and memorable.

I cannot say enough good things about the palms plaza catering. After losing my original caterers one month before my wedding date, Margot and her crew came to the rescue. Not only was the presentation of the food so beautiful, it tasted amazing. It was all anyone could talk about. Margot and her staff went above and beyond catering to more than just food, I had booked bar staff prior to finding the palms, not knowing that they also have a full bar staff. The outside bartenders disappointed on multiple levels, but Margot once again going above and beyond stepped in and even got behind the bar. The wait staff made sure everyone was tended to and they were all so kind. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking to book. You will not be disappointed.

I surprised my wife for valentines and brought tickets to the valentines dinner and dance 💃 party. This was our first time here and let me tell you it was better than I expected it to be. It was decorated for Valentines from the ceiling to the tables. The service kept coming around to the tables with hors d’oeuvres and the open bar was top shelf liquor. The food was too die for. The coffee and desserts 🍮 and ice cream sundaes were crazy. And don’t let me forget the DJ playing some great music. We can’t wait to go back.
