I surprised my wife for valentines and brought tickets to the valentines dinner and dance 💃 party. This was our first time here and let me tell you it was better than I expected it to be. It was decorated for Valentines from the ceiling to the tables. The service kept coming around to the tables with hors d’oeuvres and the open bar was top shelf liquor. The food was too die for. The coffee and desserts 🍮 and ice cream sundaes were crazy. And don’t let me forget the DJ playing some great music. We can’t wait to go back.

We hired Palms Plaza to cater for our wedding, and we are nothing short of grateful that we did! From the first initial meeting with Margo, leading up to the big day working with them was seamless & stress free. Margo goes above and beyond to see that all your needs are met, and the job gets done. They know what they're doing when it comes to weddings and can answer any questions you have & offer great advice if you're indecisive on anything. Literally anything you need; they make it happen. They offer a large variety of options to choose from, we went with their full-service stations package that offers a full spread from fruit platters to meat carving stations. The food quality is exceptional, we are 3 weeks post wedding day, and our guests are still raving about how amazing all the food was! Their servers and bartenders are attentive, polite and professional. There wasn't a time I sat at my sweetheart table when I wasn't approached by one of the servers asking if I needed anything. Although we didn't have much time to eat, there was consistently a spread of food on the table for us to snack in between dancing & photos. We can't say enough great things about Palms, they are number one on my recommendation list for any occasion. If you're looking for a caterer for your wedding, they are the ONLY right choice you won't regret it!

I highly recommend having your party, whatever the occasion, at Palm's Plaza. Alan Bedford will go out of his way to make it memorable. Last Friday was our fifth daughter's Sweet 16. We have had them all at Palms Plaza. From the first one 12 years ago until this past one Alan and his staff have been without a doubt incredible. Treated us like family and have gone above and beyond making our girls special day wonderful. From accommodating last minute menu changes or guest additions they make everything work out perfectly so there is no stress involved. Incredible time thanks again Alan for everything each time!

Had a going away party for my daughter there recently and everything from the planning to the execution couldn't have been more perfect. The detail that Allen and his staff provided was nothing short of perfection. All the guests were thoroughly impressed with the venue, the food, the presentation, the servers and staff- I can't think of a single thing that could have been done better. For the selection of food, professionalism of the staff and the beautiful venue, the price was extremely reasonable. Thanks again Allen and staff for making this event such a memorable one!!

I was a vendor a party at this location on 9/15/2024. I was told to pick up my equipment at the end of the party 5:00 pm. My husband arrived at 5:15pm and the doors were closed. I came back the following day to pick up the equipment and asked the owner why the doors were closed at 5:15pm and no one was there. The owner and a woman employee were so unprofessional and rude started yelling and me and making threats. The owner was yelling and saying absolutely disgusting things to me. I have never dealt with this type of unprofessional establishment and I will never host a party there again. People like this should not own a business and deal with clients.

From the moment we came and viewed the venue, we were met with kindness, understanding and a real family feel. Everyone was wonderful and helped us understand the process.
Leading up to the day, Alan was so wonderful! He anticipated my questions or concerns and always was able to calm me down about literally everything related to the night.
On the night of, the head waitress (I apologize I can't remember her name) immediately greeted me and helped walk me through the whole process. She had already pulled out her glue gun to fix the candles before I even got there! She worked with me with all the photos being taken and all the guests arriving early. She was so accommodating and truly went above and beyond for us all night. Every employee was phenomenal! They were kind and respectful and always willing to help. My mom said "my water glass was never empty!".
I can see why people want to come to your venue. I will definitely be returning and shouting from the rooftops how wonderful you are!

The Palms catered my son’s graduation party in my yard. We had the BBQ package and it was FANTASTIC! Kevin and Kyle grilled everything to perfection and were neat and prompt with set up. We had Ella as a server, and she was AMAZING! The staff were so professional and courteous. They made the party run smoothly and took care of everything! We received many compliments on the food and service. We would definitely use them again!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a BM for our twin boys. 130 people, which included 70 kids. Phenomenal service, was so easy to work with both pre and during party. Super professional, long standing, staff so everything went without a hitch, food was outstanding - all of our guests raved, they thought of everything that we needed, we could not have asked for anything better. They had the best recommendations of vendors for additonal services, their room and setup was excellent. If I could give them more stars I would. Highly recommend.
