We ordered a Chicken Pesto Panini and Chicken Caprese Panini. One as a cutlet and one as grilled chicken. Both chicken has a weird crunch texture almost like rubber as if the chicken was not fully cooked. This is the second time we’ve ordered and the chicken turned out like this.

Excellent paninis. We ordered catering for a small group (~12 people) and got a panini platter along with a half-tray of the tortellini pesto. We picked up the trays without a hitch. The pasta was piping hot still. The paninis were a hit - a little more pizzazz than basic sandwiches or wraps! The food also kept well - the leftovers were still delicious the next day. Would order again for our next gathering!
Of note: the tortellini pesto pasta has a creamy pesto white sauce -- delicious, but not ideal for the lactose-intolerant.
Vegetarian options: Eggplant and veggie paninis available, both quite tasty!

These guys are amazing. The food is always great, and they have a lot of really amazing sandwich/panini ideas. Great selection, good delivery service, and make sure you use their app if you order delivery: you get rewards points!
The only thing that I can complain about is they run out of the mushroom rice balls from time to time and it makes my girlfriend sad, but seeing as how good they are, I can see why!

I ordered a mix of Paninis and wraps and sides to go. The food, as always, was phenomenal. I had family over and I never worry about serving food from Panini Grill.. It is consistently wonderful… And oh!!those roasted brussels sprouts!!!!!!
I've been to Panini Bistro (on Rt. 34 Matawan/Old Bridge) a number of times and brought home several different kinds of paninis, for me and my better half. This place has consistently produced VERY tasty food. Not sure if there's some combo of quality control, good ingredients pulled together per simple, well laid out recipes, or the sandwich chefs really care and/or know what their doing, but Panini Bistro Matawan is really punching above its weight!

I order from here a lot but they never make the sandwich right. Tuna pretty simple never put vinegar and oil, paid extra for seeded bread never get it and I think it’s chunk lite tuna! If I’m paying 15 it better be solid!

The staff is always so nice and they aways participate in town fundraising, so for that I commend them. The last few times I've ordered the food just isn't great. I always give second chances cause everyone has a bad day, but I was disappointed again. I ordered the Chicken avocado wrap, and there was a great amount of chicken but also a ton of onions and bacon. There was the smallest tiny price of avocado. This is the same thing that happened with the last panini I ordered, I literally pulled it apart to see if it was just bread. They should rename it the chicken bacon wrap. Then I wouldn't feel so sad about my dinner.
