Ordered over the phone for pick up, got the Philly cheesesteak panini also ordered the turkey and cranberry fall panini. When I arrived home and opened the cheesesteak panini there was hardly any meat on the sandwich. It was terrible. You would think for $13 it would have a decent amount of meat.We have ordered from here quite often in the past and the food was good, but not this time. Very disappointed!

This place is absolutely amazing. Their food is fresh and always good along with the staff. They had mixed up my order the other day and they immediately rectified the situation and they also let me have the other food too. No point in throwing it out. It worked out, now I found another incredible sandwich I never had from there. Hands down best spot if you dont want to cook tonight. 👍👏🙂

Amazing place!! First time going to the spot and the Sandwiches were delicious all the kids enjoyed what they ordered. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, 10/10 definitely recommend 👍🏼

The whole crew that works here are great. Always make sure the orders are correct, if they run out of something that I placed an order for they always call right away to find a substitute that works for me. The menu is really expansive, it's great when you eat here a few tines a week and you're always able to mix it up a bit.
I usually don’t post reviews but this time I had to. I had a horrible experience at the restaurant, the food took forever to come out and after that much waiting it was just awful. The manager/owner there was extremely rude and seen careless about the complain.

The food is good but because of the workers honestly I dont know if I will return or I cant even give a better rating. The service turns you off 2 of the most rudest guys were working there on Sunday 6/22. The service with them was god awful and it was twisting there arm to do any work or correct an order they even made. Terrible Terrible service and you cant enjoy your meal with bad service. Feel free to contact me owner and I will elaborate with you. Reply to owner: There were no other customers in the store we were the ONLY ones. Your delivery driver/guy behind the register parked right next to us. I'm sorry you are taking it personal but how is it if you ask yum that looks good on the menu what is it? Speaking harsh? The register guy did not know not one answer to help us, then asked the other guy and the guy said go to page 2 you can get it with chicken and that's what we ordered and register guy still got it wrong? and then said you didnt say chicken but we only inquired about it? How is that harsh? How is it harsh when I saw the oil and vinegar and it didnt look right and I said this is not oil and vinegar as the oil looked creamy on top, he said oh yes it is, thats harsh from your workers not even to fix the situation and say yes it doesnt look right let me get you another one and see. Im sorry again you are taking it personal but customer service is key I still said your food was well and i did not complain about the pricing as others I see on the reviews did both of that. I would think you would want to acknowledge that for better service.
