I ordered a NY style pizza and when I got home that pizza was not a NY style pizza and half of the pizza did not have cheese on it. I called them up and the manager told me he was going to text me something to get another pizza because I did not eat it it was dry no cheese and I wasted my $12 he never text me anything so I waited until the next day nothing it was Labor Day Weekend so I was not home and I called on Monday Labor Day and the manager who was there was very nasty and told me to order again because he was not going to give me anything so I told him why would I pay another $12 when I didn’t eat the other one for $12 o told him I was calling corporate and he told me well call them. Very unprofessional disgusting and rude and I will call whoever I need to to report them

I would give 0 stars if I could. Worst manager handling the facility. They gave us a wrong order and refuses to accept it and says what can we do and asks us to come back 20 mins and give back the pizza for their mistake. They are cutting on the ingredients and quality of the pizza.
I stumbled upon Papa John's one day and decided to try their thin crust pizza. Little did I know, it would become a weekly ritual. The guys working there made my experience unforgettable. Each time I visit, they craft the pizza with such care and attention to detail that it tastes like it's made from the heart. It's been ages since I've found a pizza place this good. Very unfriendly guy working there who kept insisting I download the app to order while I was standing there in front of him with cash. The guy had no emotion and could clearly care less about me or any other customer. Horrible place and horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to even someone I hated. Avoid this place.
