We had an amazing experience at Shaan Restaurent for my kid's birthday party! The food was delicious, with great flavors in every dish. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and made the meal even more enjoyable.

Nice restaurant near Piscataway

We were out with friends in this area and found this place. There was a great variety of food and the taste was absolutely amazing! I think we found a hidden gem in Edison. Mr Abbas was very welcoming and kind. All five stars!! We surely will go again.

I’m not going to lie, this was a hidden gem! I was presented numerous varieties of food for only $20!!! A buffet for only 20!! I ate my heart out work the butter chicken

Shaan Restaurant and Buffet in NJ is a must-visit! With over 35 dishes, their buffet is a flavor-packed experience. Every dish I tried was beyond amazing authentic, perfectly spiced, and beautifully prepared. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance was great. This place was phenomenal with the excellent service. We were party of 30 people for dinner buffet. The restaurant took special care of vegetarians and prepared fresh dishes for them even though these dishes were not included in the buffet.

I visited this restaurant with my husband a few weeks ago and unfortunately had a negative experience. I got food poisoning, and the food did not taste authentic compared to other similar restaurants in the area. While the restaurant itself was clean, the décor felt outdated.

Our interaction with the staff was also disappointing. The waiter initially mentioned we could take home any leftovers, but the owner later contradicted this and rudely stated no carryout was allowed. Strangely, I noticed other diners were allowed to take food home. As we are neither Pakistani nor Indian, I couldn’t help but feel we were treated differently because of this.

This restaurant came highly recommended by friends, so our experience was even more disappointing.
