Called for pickup. Theyâre forgot an item. When I called to tell them the kid who answered the phone tells me âI specifically remember packing it are you sure itâs not there?â The bag is full to the top with the other 5 items, please tell me where you wouldâve fit the 6th item? Upon pickup my husband informed the kid that a drink was supposed to be with the kids burger. The kid said âoh I donât know about thatâ meanwhile their menu clearly states it. First and last time.

I ordered the bullseye burger and tater totâs tonight. The food was great, fresh and super quick. My toddler is sometimes picky with food but helped himself to half of my burger lol. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Waited an hour for my food after being told 10-15 minutes. Didnât even offer a free drink or ice cream to my 5 year old who was waiting very patiently. Good food but terrible customer service.

We typically order 2-4 times a month however after tonight we will never be returning or ordering. We wanted to support the fundraiser for a child in our community so when we got there we decided the long line would be worth it since it as for a good cause. I had to give up on getting our food after TWO AND A HALF HOURS. I have never witnessed that level of unpreparedness and it was a shame that when they realized they were unprepared they did absolutely nothing to rectify. There was nothing even close to anything resembling a standard operating procedure and the owners and managers should be absolutely humiliated by the way tonight went. They should also be matching donations since there were so many canceled orders and they turned people away well before closing. The first time I went to check on my order after 1.5 hours I was told that it was being worked on so I decided to continue waiting. After more than two hours I went check again and they had no updates and didnât know if it was even started so I asked for a refund. It was truly mind blowing how unorganized it was. When you ordered they didnât ask for a name or provide a number so I gave the cashier my name to be able to identify my order. The poor kid working expo had to hand out food by reading some names, some numbers or just reading every item. They were encouraging people to cancel their orders and Iâm almost positive as they canceled the orders they werenât pulling the ticket from the lines because the only orders they seemed to be calling were canceled ones that they were handing out to anyone who wanted them. By the end of the night there were 10-15 people who had been there for hours and instead of being prioritized, the employees continued walking in circles getting nothing accomplished. There were two people back there dressed in regular clothes so not sure if they were owners or managers, but they were doing absolutely nothing and it was insane to watch them not even try to help their staff. Also good luck with the registers- they were giving cash refunds for card payments. Weâll miss our usual orders from there, but they donât deserve our business.

New owners, great service and great food. Also staff are very pleasant and attentive. This is a great local spot if you want fresh burgers and many other varieties of different foods and milk shakes. Shout out to Luke and Mark for fast and friendly service đ
New ownership has destroyed this place. This is the 2nd time here since they acquired it. The first time the register was broken and they struggled to get the order placed. Today, my wife ordered the nachos which were supposed to have onion, tomato, corn, refried beans and shredded cheese and it was literally corn chips with a burned chili meat on it. We threw most of it in the trash. The food was awful. Been coming here for a decade and i may not be back until they clean this disaster up

Used to come here every so often, but just tried this place again with the new management and sad to say I probably won't come back.
Very simple take out order. 2 Cheeseburgers and 2 orders of Tots. I requested 1 Cheeseburger to be in a lettuce wrap, and the other one on a regular bun but wanted to add jalepenos. The decided to put the jalepenos in the lettuce wrapped one which isn't what I ordered. Also, they never asked how I wanted my burgers to be cooked so both were overcooked.
To top it all off, they told me it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I arrived on time and waited an extra 10-15 minutes on top of what I was told.
new owners are great, and the food is great. I noticed a sign on Wednesday advertising 15% off on Thursday, but when I went back the next day, they said the sign was from the previous week. Luckily, I had taken a picture of it, and they honored the discount. They probably should have taken the sign down sooner, but I appreciate their willingness to make it right

I'm difficult to please when dining out. I was completely unprepared for the religious experience I had when I popped the first onion ring in my mouth. My bbq burger was delicious. And the strawberry milkshake was perfect.
