Food and ambience is amazing! We ordered the kani salad, miso soup, tonkotsu ramen, waygu roll, fire roll, rainbow eel roll, matcha cheesecake and everything was 10/10. Ramen was authentic with tons of flavor and large portions, and the sushi was fresh. Matcha cheesecake was perfectly moist and not overly sweet. Everything was so great that I only remembered to take a picture of the ramen and dessert before devouring it all lol. Service was great and even the manager takes pride...
The tonkotsu ramen is fantastic, noodles are fresh (they seem like they're freshly made), great portion of pork belly, and the flavors are great. I remember when this was Wasabi 34 and the ramen has improved significantly since then. Would be nice to get some spicy tonkotsu ramen varieties on the menu.

I made a stop here on my drive and had some super amazing sushi. The interior is surprisingly modern and clean (which is hard to tell from just looking at it from the road). The soup and salad were fresh and so was the sushi. They also served some really good Japanese appetizers too! Next time, I'll have to try their ramen.
