I grew up in Vernon and was back in town so I stopped in to grab a drink. Oh my how the might have fallen. This used to be a go to spot but not anymore. The inside looks run down and smells like a gas station convenience store in the city. And to top it off what drinks they actually have in stock are way over priced. Over 6 bucks for a redbull, 3 and change everywhere else.

Employees are nice, but when I got my sandwich it tasted like dish soap... please make sure hands and equipment are fully cleaned and dried before handing out food.

Wow ! You guys should order the 6 foot sandwich. These ladies really came through. They had a death in the family and they still made my sandwich on time, and it was so good. It’s the only food at our party that was gone halfway through the party. Thanks again

Should have had a sandwich. Burgers were terrible and uneaten. Fries were great. She said sorry and would remake it, but the meat wasn't good !

Third time we have gotten their egg sandwiches and they are excellent! It definitely is a must stop before our trip.

Horrible experience, I asked to use the men's room was told that they didn't have one that they had a ladies room but no men's room. I ordered a Taylor ham and egg sandwich with salt and pepper, tasted like they put it on the grill and then bounced it off the floor a few times.

Deli is located inside valley beautiful view on mountains, sandwich, kambucha and newspaper is my hiking's days lunch, great energy inside

We pick this place because I live in the area and it has been renovated and I believe there’s new owners so I figured it would be definitely worth trying we got seated right away but we didn’t get service until 20 minutes later no one acknowledged our table the waitress finally came to us when I waved her down She took our orders 20 minutes later our drinks came 20 minutes later our food came as you can see by the time this happened we had lost our appetite we had to wave down the bus boy to remind them to bring us more coffee because we wanted a 2nd cup , overall the food was OK. we had ordered food to go and our ordered it to go when I opened it at home it was the wrong order I was disappointed with the service I don’t know if they’re understaffed or the waitress was maybe new I’m not sure but I won’t go there again and I don’t recommend it. If you go you’re gonna wait a very long time and probably not get what you order Good luck to you!

New owners. This is NOT the Mixing Bowl Deli I had been going to for many years. They need to remove the photos as they are misleading. That's what it used to look like - far from that now. Looks shabby with empty shelves and coolers. I bought Virginia ham and a roll to make a sandwich. When I got home, I found the meat was old, dry, and not edible and the roll was stale.This is really sad because this used to be a very good deli with fresh meats, salads, breads etc. and delicious potato salad and fully stocked shelves. Avoid this place taken over by new owners. They clearly don't know how to run a good deli. This is the 1st negative review I have ever posted. I live locally and know that my neighbors, myself, and visitors to the area deserve better.
Place is very run down, sandwiches are super over priced, wrong and the bread is very hard. Went in for 2 sandwiches and paid $26 with no drinks! 1st and last time going here.

Havent been here in about a year. New owners? Got a sandwich today. Nothing fancy. Roast beef, munster cheese, lettace and mayo. First bite and the taste of the rancid cheese they sold me caused me to throw up. Inside of the store looks run down now. Nothing like how I remembered. I will not return.
