Idk why im seeing so many bad reviews. Maybe from a long while ago, but I went here not once but thrice as I was TDY here. Staff was super friendly and the food was honestly outstanding compared to a lot of other PHuts I’ve been to in the past. Loved it!

I was calling to see if they delivered to my location and they kept putting me on hold and I ask 3 different people the 3 times I called and they just kept keeping me on hold for close to 10 mins I’m not gonna keep sitting there for a yes or no

Worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. They don't answer the phone. I called them at 7pm they close at 10pm no answer. I drove down to store workers were ignoring the phone ringing. Other two experiences they forgot charged me for ingredients and didn't put them on my pizza and when I asked about it they said they were all out of that topping, did not offer a refund or discount of any kind said I could either take the pizza or not.Pizza Hut at its best can be a very enjoyable experience, but you won't get that at this location.

My second experience here, we waited over 2 hours for a delivery that ended up being wrong. However, Crystal made sure to give me a credit for the meal due to the long wait and order mishap. We used them again this week and definitely worth the second chance. Food was exactly what we ordered, was prepared within a timely manner, and the manager and cashier that helped me with the credit not appearing on my online account, but in their system were both great! Absolutely worth the second chance.
I've been on this base for almost a decade now, crazy I know. I've been going to this Pizza Hutt for years now, both living off base and on. The store is in the best position it's ever been in my experience when it comes to the service and food. The lady working tonight was super friendly and had the cutest interaction with my daughters. Give her a raise!

Every time I've ever ordered from here, they are short staffed and I end up waiting forever for my pizza. Stuff happens but it seems to be a theme for this place.

Just ordered a pizza. They forgot 2 of sauces. I tried reporting it on the Pizza Hut app but it is set up to be difficult. Called the store and I was on hold for 20min before hanging up. Ridiculous

They charge you for Parmesan and Red Pepper packets! A dollar each! Really?. Spent $18. What is this! We’re on base; not in town!

They don't sell Pizza Hut gift cards here, so I guess I'll have to drive 20-30 minutes just to buy a gift card.
2 hours, still nothing.I'll be contacting my credit card, because even calling to get a refund is impossible.This store is fraudulent.
