They are definitely understaffed and working within limited capacities but when I went in the other day Kelly and Nick did an amazing job at making me feel seen and welcome! The customer service has definitely improved in the last few months I would just love for the wait times to get better too!
They have seating inside with outlets! They messed my order up when I was there and some of my drink was missing.
It is a little loud but if you have noise canceling headphones it’s a decent spot to work!

Haven't quite figured out why the constant difference in price for the same drink every time I come to this location. I order same size drink every time with light ice and depending on who is at the register I have now got charged 3 different prices in the past 2 months??
