Went into business, ordered a large drink, was given a medium drink and when I brought it to the cashiers attention, not only did she not correct the order, she was RUDE. POOR SERVICE

Wasn't overly impressed. Several of the ice cream choices had ice crystals on them, the choices we wanted they offered when they rang it in but then said there wasn't enough, I chose a flavor that didn't look like there were ice crystals but it had a gritty, frostbitten texture. I'm really hoping we caught them on a bad day because I love baskin.

Very slow. Too much goofing off. If there is time to goof off, there is time to clean the dirty counter tops, floors and bathrooms. Had to get them to remake my husband's sundae because the guy pushed the ice cream down with his dirty gloved hands. Management needs to step up or be replaced. Also, two of the girls did not have their masks over their faces or gloves on their hands. Glad I went inside instead of going through drive thru.

This is a horrible place. The staff is incredibly rude and simply ignore you while tending to the drive up customers. After standing around for almost 10 minutes with no one attending to me, finally someone approached. I wanted to buy some icecream and asked to taste a flavor only to be refused. Was told I can only taste one flavor. Even though its within walking distance from where I live, I would rather drive put of my way somewhere else than go here. This isn't the first time I've been treated disrespectfully by this place.

Awful. I called so many times to ask when they closed because I needed to pick up a cake. Both times they told me 10pm. I got there at 9:45 the first time and they were closed. 9:30 the next night after they had specific instructions to wait for me and they were closed again. Worst of all the guy inside just stared at me as I knocked on the window. Now I have to get up an hour early to go back in the morning to try to get this cake. I'll never buy anything from here again.

I was very disappointed by this business. I drove to this establishment today (my mother's birthday) with full intentions of buying a cake for her. I checked your hours beforehand and it said you closed at 10pm. However, when I arrived at 8:45pm there was no one to be found and the store was closed. Would not recommend.

I ordered a huge ice cream cone. It was delicious. The ice cream is great. However, it's painfully obvious to see that the two employees that were handling the shop were having trouble doing so. They're extremely understaffed. These two have to manage the drive through and the actual shop at the same time, bear in mind, this is also including the Dunkin Donuts part as well. The customers in the store including myself had to wait at least 15 minutes before someone could take our order. That's pretty bad.
