Staff was friendly, food was hot, fresh cooked, and quick with good sized portions, Kaiser roll was tasty and fresh, but the meat was just mediocre. It was cooked just enough to be done, but no browning, which resulted in flavorless gray meat.
The onion rings would have been really good if they weren’t cooked in the same fryer that they cook the churros in. They tasted like cinnamon and I could barely eat two of them. I would recommend having a dedicated fryer just for the churros. It ruined the rings. I’ll try the original location sometime and give them another shot.

New Year’s Eve, drove 40 min to get ge store: drove 40 min back home and missing an entire sandwich, store closed by time I got home. Garbage service.

This place is one of the best places to get cheesecake in the world in my opinion it may not be the best for your waistline but it's definitely that place you want to go when you just need to get some comfort food

Came in on a cold Friday looking for a hot sandwich to warm me up during lunchtime. Food was great but It was absolutely freezing in the store. The thermostat read 57° and I felt terrible for the employees. The girl behind the register was wearing a winter coat. I was going to bring my family to dine in this weekend but it is way too cold to dine in there. Customers be aware that they have no heat. Just concerned for these employees as the temperature continues to drop.

Was really looking forward to trying their famous Cheesesteaks but was very disappointed. I actually wouldn’t call their sandwiches cheesesteaks. They are all on Kaiser Rolls and loaded with sautéed onions. I mean, overly loaded as that was all I could taste….. Onions. If you’re looking for something unique like an ONION -Beef sandwich, then this is the place for you. But not a typical Cheesesteak if that’s what you’re looking for.

This place has taken a nosedive. I recently ordered a cheesesteak, and it wasn't even decent. There was no seasoning at all! Their cheesesteaks used to be well seasoned, but now you have some new kids making them who know nothing about how to make a cheesesteak the right way. Jersey Mike's has much better cheesesteaks! Avoid this place!
