Waste v my $$. I was so disappointed it didn't even make sense. I ordered an everything bagel with butter and hot snack'n bacon... unfortunately the bacon was cold and burnt, the bagel was stale and they barely put butter. Just bc you toast stale bread, doesn't mean it can pass... it was a hard dry toasted bagel. Whoever puts butter needs to be re-trained. I was so disgusted and annoyed I spent $10 on that breakfast, I threw it in the trash before realizing take pics to post. I'm 100% certain I'm not the only one who experienced this!

2 wraps placed into one sleeve. Was a solid mass of meat and cheese when I got home. Good thing they weren’t for 2 different people.

No bag for order. Ten munchkins were in a bag, wraps handed to me separately, plus a coffee.

If you’re trying to reduce costs, don’t impact customer convenience to do so.

Asked for a bagel with spread on it. They couldn’t be bothered to spread it on there, but yet put the spread in the bag without even so much as a knife or a napkin in the drive-through. You’re better off going across the street to Wawa.

The service was fine but the food was… not good. The hash browns tasted like everything else on the griddle. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was incredibly bland. The coffee, which we realized halfway home was not the iced coffee we ordered but instead a hot coffee, was incredibly watered down. I get that it’s Dunkin’, so you can’t expect much, but this was a waste of money.

My coffee was made right, but it wasn't cool seeing the manager that's there right now (at 10:37am Sunday, September 8th, 2024) scream not yell scream at one of the employees for making a mistake. The employee seems new and mistakes happen there's no reason to scream at someone for that. Personally, if I see it again I won't be coming back to this Dunkin donuts again not for a very long time at least so when I do come back hopefully that manager isn't there because if he is, I'll be walking right back out without my coffee
