Anytime I have gone to this location later in the day always no issues…In the early hours about 530 to 6a I have had to stop there twice and both times rude service. The last time no issues with order. Rude service though.

Today rude service like I was bothering the worker and my drink was wrong, sandwich okay, and hash browns thrown in bag upside down. Order was given timely. The worker has been like this the past few times I have come in those hours. I understand it is early and you look alone there and that can be hard and not right. However no excuse to greet me with “what do you want?” And also audibly sigh like I’m annoying you.

Will not return in those hours to bother anyone.

I place a mobile order and specifically ask for light ice, well my drink looked like I asked for extra ice it was filled to the top and this is not the first time this has happened, employee are rude. But my thing is if I’m asking for less ice and I am paying for it why are you not giving me what I’m asking for like dang are you guys getting this cheap. To be honest this was the last time I got a drink from this location never again not wasting my money here for me to just get ice literally pure ice

I’ve been going to Dunkin every day for the same drink for the past month, triple shot espresso over ice (4.99) add coffee milk (.50). I tried to order this today and they were “trying to make it cheaper for me” by ringing up some latte that was $8 and some change. I asked what was going on and said how I order it is the cheapest way and it is how I would like it please but thank you anyway. Then she proceeds to tell me if they do it my way they have to charge me FOR MY CUP. Never have I EVER had to pay for the cup my drink is in. I asked why I would be charged for a cup and some other woman comes on and rudely says “because cups are expensive”. I left. I won’t come back to this location. Why would I be getting charged for the cup for a drink. That is INSANE.

This was my go to on the way to work. However, on 8/25 I placed a mobile order and when I arrived, the menu board was being replaced/worked on. To avoid being in the way of the workers, I did not stop to let the employees know. I was here for my mobile order and went right to the window instead. The employee that greeted me was extremely rude because I did not stop at the menu board first. When I explained they were working on it, she doubled down with a nasty attitude and said I still needed to stop there before coming to the window. I have not been back nor will I return to this location.

I come here every morning! The employees ( Saimi, Kim, Belinda, and the manager) are always super pleasant!!! Extremely friendly! Definition of good service. The line always moves fast and service is timely. Highly recommend this Dunkin👏🏻

This is by far the worst Dunkin you can come to. These guys just don’t care. I have no idea what’s going on with management by they all can’t complete orders right, they all seem stressed when performing simple tasks. Don’t waste you time coming to this Dunkin we just pulled out of line because these guys can’t brother to hire more than 2-3 people on a shift. They all look like they hate themselves and you will to when coming here. Side note they don’t write the orders down so you won’t have a ticket on your drink. So half the time they don’t even remember what your making

Terrible service. Staff misunderstood my order. Manager was super annoyed and aggressive and snatched the bag from my 7 year old daughter’s hand!!! I think about it everyday! I spent my money there almost every day before this, and now I would never again!

i hate to be this person because the employees are always super nice but the quality of the drink and food here are terrible. the last few times i’ve gone my drinks have been stuffed with so much ice i can barely get my straw in. the hashbrowns are always cold and undercooked, like they have been sitting out for hours.
