This was my 3rd visit to sweetgreens. I loved the previous 2 visits, and my salads were amazing each time. However, this time, my salad was disappointing and unappealing. The tofu was so hard to chew and stale. There were 2 employees and the restaurant was empty. The employees weren't very nice. The salad def was not worth the price I paid.

Very disappointed to say the least. My order was supposed to have spicy broccoli and chicken along with some other ingredients. The were two very small pieces of broccoli and four small chunks of chicken. Three small cheese shavings. The bread crumbs were missing. It was basically a container of spinach with some quinoa. The dressing was okay. My daughter’s bowl was missing the quinoa completely.
We called to let them know. You cannot get someone on the phone…you get dumped into a text. After waiting for a text response for 15 minutes, we jumped in the car and drove back to the Marlton location. I’m okay with a mistake, but the customer service is non-existent. Overpriced, subpar food, and terrible customer service. I doubt they will be there for long.

I’m obsessed with Sweet Green and have been frequenting the locations in Philadelphia for years and was excited to see that they’ve expanded to the Promenade. However, I want to highlight the service. Patience and Claire, two young women, are the best servers at this location. These women SMILE, make soft eye contact, remain polite, and are free of hastiness thus never making you feel rushed. Claire and Patience are key contributors to the ambiance of this location. Because what is a healthy meal without a healthy atmosphere? Absolutely nothing. Kudos to them for making sure both their presentation and mannerism match the aesthetic of the brand.

My first time here. Good salads are hard to come by and I was not disappointed. The blend of textures in the chicken salad I chose complimented each other and everything was fresh. Looking forward to trying other selections in very near future.
rice was very undercooked and i got a pretty overripe avocado. dressings and everything else was good, but the rice was crunchy and made it barely edible. it was not worth the price at all. i don’t recommend this location at all

I hardly think this place will stay afloat. I just paid 20.00 for a salad that my child could have made. The root of the Roman lettuce is not the most edible part and mine was filled will what seemed like scraped leftovers. The advertise the steak in a picture that sliced length wise what I got was cubed steak the size of a pea hardly any and mabey one chunk of blue cheese. If your the owner and you see this I would suggest you take a look at your displays if you wanna continue your business.

I ordered the crispy rice bowl with chicken. It was great! Every ingredient was fresh, and the dressing was on point! The dressing was a little sparse, and chicken portions smaller than I expected (and VERY spicy, for sure) Amazing selection overall. Very good!
