I think it maybe the best pizza in South Jersey. Weird hours is my only complaint because the food is killer.
Def not worth the wait No way

One of my favorite pizza spots period. Family owned, only open a few days a week. I respect the work/life balance! Also, order early because they will sell out! Another aspect I appreciate.

I’ve had every pie they’ve put on the menu. Everything they do is worth the effort to get it!

Went there the other night for dinner with the kids. Was met by this super nice girl (I think her name was Liv). She promptly greeted us and seated us. Alex was our waitress and was super nice. Ordered two of the specialty pes (one was the Buffalo Chicken) and it was super great! 10 out of 10 would go back!

Amazing pizza, salads, desserts and apps! I’ve ordered from here multiple times and the food has yet to disappoint, and I don’t think it ever will. The peach pie was absolutely delicious along with their summer salad. The sausage and the mushroom pies are also out of this world. Eggplant parm app ?? and all the dessert jars!! The pizza is gourmet and not your standard pizza place so I wouldn’t go here’s expecting a basic pie. If you want the pizza early for take out I would suggest ordering asap on the weekends even though to our family it’s always been worth the wait. We’ve only ever ran into a takeout issue once but it was resolved very kindly by I believe the owner which we greatly appreciated! Either way it wouldn’t have stopped us from ordering from here or dining in at the establishment. You can’t go wrong with Johnny’s pies!

Finally got to try the "Famous" Johnny's Pies. Went yesterday with my boyfriend who lives in Medford Lakes. We got there about 430ish and ordered To go. We got 3 pies to try. The Margherita Pie, Plan Pie, and Johnny's Sausage Pie. Walking into the place was nice was welcomed right away. We ordered the 3 pies, we knew in advance what we wanted by looking at the menu on Instagram before hand. We were told 45 minutes said ok thats fine we can finally try it so we'll wait. Went and continued to walk around town. We got the call the pies were ready. Walked in to get them, the boxes were steaming and smelling good so getting very excited to try them. We get back to his place and dig in. The Sausage Pie was really good! I don't like mushrooms and they were so small and sliced thin that I didn't even know I was eatting mushrooms. (I would have asked to remove the mushrooms but from other reviews, what's on the menu is on the menu no adding or removing items seemed to be the norm, and I didn't want to ask to remove them and get attacked). Then to bite into the other 2 with red sauce. I understand they make the sauce in house I believe? I ate it and I could tell it was missing something ?????. It donged on me it need more salt to the sauce!!! So there I go grabbing the salt shaker and put SALT yes SALT to the pizza never in my life have I done that before. After adding the salt it was better. ( I dunno about you but when I make my sauce i always test to see if it needs something and usually its more salt whoever made it failed on the tasting part) The crust is well done, and taste good but since the crust is fully cooked eatting the non sauced or cheese part gets tossed because it's too hard to eat and didn't want to chip a tooth. Overall I've had better pizza from other places in medford. I'll admit if your right in downtown and don't want to drive south towards the Lakes were the other pizza joints are then ok make it your go it, but honestly it wasn't something that I have to go back to next week! Side note I had the sausage pizza for lunch the next day and it didn't reheat very well in the microwave. Feel like this type of pizza is a have II fresh and no leftovers.

Man oh man, this place is so good! I've never eaten in, but I've taken out a few times. Absolutely delicious, and by far the best pizza nearby!

Ordered 2 pies. Was told an hour, it took an hour and a half. Asked if it was ready and was met with attitude from a young blonde haired guy. Finally gave us the pizza just to realize it was incorrect and not what we ordered. We just walked away and ate it. This place tastes ok if you get what you actually order but the people suck. No remorse, no apologies & no smiles of any kind. Didn't their mom's ever tell them to be kind?? Mean people suck. P.s. we live down the street, treat your own neighbors better

By far best pizza in South Jersey! Made fresh- no pre made pizza shells here. The pizza dough, sauce and mozzarella cheese made on premises. Give it a try! Trust me you will be back!
