How do you not know the difference between a wrap and a roll . I asked for toppings and the cheese steaks were plain and no toppings. The worst.

Love the food. However, it has become extremely expensive to eat here as compared to other pizzerias. The prices have become out of hand. It's cheaper to eat at a fine dining restaurant..just saying..

Labor Day weekend 2024’~ I usually order a slice w pepperoni heated to go?- Tonight I treated my family to a Chicken Cheesesteak w fried onions- It was hot, delicious&once home I was thrilled, yes thrilled there was a bag of potato chips!! We have been coming here since my daughter was an infant sitting in the back waiting for her ?- She is now a teacher who enjoys waitressing@local Italian Restaurant several nights a week Btw- her nickname is “Bella”❤️

Ordered on Slice. Order wasn't ready for pick up like it said it was. Patiently and politely waited for 15 minutes. No biggie. Drove all the way home with my order only to find it was completely wrong and they didn't put any toppings on all 7 of my pizzas. Drove back and had to convince them that I wasn't lying and that I had indeed paid for toppings. They took my pizzas back and threw toppings on, like they were angry about it, and sent me on my way. The ladies up front were super apologetic but man was the man in charge not happy or apologetic. Never going back. This was the second time they screwed up an order this royally. It took me two years to convince my husband to order from them again. Never again.

Whether picking up or ordering delivery expect an extra 30 mins to an hour added onto whatever they tell you. Place has never cared about people’s time, never will. Why have a nice fresh la Bella pizza at 6 o’clock when they can jus let it sit there and bring you a cold one at 8pm! Embarrassing!
