The pizza was decent, the slice was about 1/4 of a full pie. They only hade about 3 different slices ready at 1230 on a Saturday.

Whether picking up or ordering delivery expect an extra 30 mins to an hour added onto whatever they tell you. Place has never cared about people’s time, never will. Why have a nice fresh la Bella pizza at 6 o’clock when they can jus let it sit there and bring you a cold one at 8pm! Embarrassing!

We usually have great pizza. Previous Sicilian pizzas were great. However this time must have been B a different cook. Not much sauce, texture of crust was not good. Pizza was cut into 9 large pieces instead of the normal 16. Not sure I would get it again.Unfortunately I did not know the name of the cook that made the previous pizzas.
If they say 20 minute pickup give them 40 in my experience it's never ready when I get there but it's always good!

Hate to leave a bad review but for the love of god stop using Slice! Labella's is one of my favorite pizzas places, food is always good. When they delivered themselves we always got our food in about 20 mins. We live 5 mins up the road so pretty much as fast as you can imagine. Since they started using slice for delivery We cant get aa pizza delivered in under 1hr. Tonight it took 2hrs for a single pizza. Longest we waited was 3ish hrs. The drivers don't care, only response tonight was to hand me a cold pizza and say have a good night. Not even hi or sorry bout the wait. This isn't Labella's fault but guys, this reflects or you too. I'll still order from here cause 5 stars for food but i will be picking it up myself. Screw slice's crap service

I ordered 4 pizzas around 2pm, they said it would take an hour. After an hour I called and they said it would take another 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I called again and they said again that it would take about 20 minutes. I wait and then I come in because they are now 3 hours late and they give me 4 cold pizzas. Don’t order for drop off if you want your food for any specific time. They gave me a 10 dollar coupon for my 92$ order being 3 hours late. Nonsense.
