I love it here for so many reasons. To begin, the owner and the others who work there are incredibly friendly and the decor is great! It is an extremely inclusive environment where all are welcome which makes it so comfortable. I also love how they have drinks that I enjoy, such as a lemon shandy, blueberry/vanilla hard seltzer, and a strawberry jam! To add to that, sometimes I am not able to drink and they have delicious natural sodas. Lastly, I LOVE Trivia nights. They are super fun. They also do open mic nights, Karaoke, and comedy, etc.... I definitely recommend this place. They will always be my home town brewery!

We went in to grab a beer and found that several beers I would have enjoyed weren’t available. I tried each of the beers and just didn’t like any of them. Although the beers weren’t good, I did enjoy the relaxed vibe and the two people serving up beers were friendly.

This is my favorite local brewery. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, they host many cool events, as as a non-beer drinker, their seltzers are homemade with as much care as their beers, unlike many other craft breweries. (My partner says great things about the beer too, don't worry.) And the local food options are great to combat NJ's weird craft brewery laws.

Went in today for a beer and there was a definite funky smell inside, so we decided to buy our beers and sit outside. Unfortunately the beers both had a taste that matched the funky smell inside. It's against my nature to not finish my beer, but I just couldn't. It was more than just the flavor of the hops... it was funk in a bad way. I noticed they had an air purifier behind the bar, but it wasn't helping.
There's a couple other breweries on the same street that are worth trying.

We had the best experience at Lower Forge! It’s a warm and friendly atmosphere! Pola was awesome in accommodations for our party! Definitely recommend stopping in and trying their fabulous shandy’s!! Thanks Lower Forge!!
Spent some time at Lower Forge Brewery on a really hot June day. Staff was friendly, atmosphere definitely vibes with Historic Medford! To beat the temps, we had That's my Jam, a delicious strawberry Shandy! They had a nice selection of other brews, including IPAs, stouts, lagers, etc, to choose from. Lots of activities and events happening as well. We'll be back! ?

Went for trivia night, everyone was so kind and funny! Had some of the best shandy, definitely try their strawberry shandy if they’ve got it. Staff are welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend!

I used to really enjoy coming here. One of my favorite spots in Medford. Today was a much different and unfortunate experience. I stood waiting at the bar to be helped, while people all around me were helped. For some reason I must have been invisible and no one could see or hear that I needed help. After the 10th time of a new person approaching the bar and me being ignored , I had to slam my wallet on the counter just to get someone’s attention. It appears as though they only cater to a certain “population” of individuals. Definitely won’t be returning. Please be careful here.
