We called midweek to make a reservation for 11/17/24 and were told they did not take reservations for parties of five but to come in at 5:30 pm and we shouldn’t have a problem with seating. It was my nieces birthday she dines here with her son (12) frequently. We could not dine at the bar with a child. The hostess could not have been more rude. She informed us that no tables would be available until 8pm. We decided to order takeout, again the hostess was rude and did not get the order correct. We were in the restaurant for about a hour at the bar while the birthday girl took her son home waiting for our meal. A four top that easily could have accommodated another chair sat open the entire time. The female bartender was very pleasant and equally confused by the open table and our inability to be seated. Additionally she remediated a drink ingredient mixup quickly and without the argumentative attitude of the hostess. Customer service is as important as the food and the hostess needs to work on that skill set.

I have never been treated so poorly by a restaurant. They told us 1 hour wait so we went to bar and ordered drinks just to be told 20 minutes later we might not get seated. We had tried to make reservations but they said they can’t for party bigger then 4.
We got take out only to be more disappointed. Beet salad was good but sloppy. Sausage and broccoli rabe had very little for the price. Spaghetti and meatball was so overcooked. The seafood did was good but the chicken dish was dry.
Don’t waste your money or time

First time here, didn't know it existed. Dinner with friends. My leftover spinach ravioli with scallops and shrimp was still amazingly delicious A WEEK LATER! I was so sad when it was gone...but I know where to get it! Waiter was knowledgeable but table maintenance was lacking.

We decided to try this place for lunch and were absolutely blown away by the food. It was outstanding. Don't miss the Fried Tomatoes with Lobster. It's worth every penny.

I was there with friends and we all thought the food was wonderful. Perhaps it was just our server but we thought the staff was either short or our server was inattentive. My wife and I will definitely go there again.

The price on food and drinks were both very very reasonable.

Great Italian food. Kitchen sent out 1 salad as the dinner option. 1 meal had 2 little pieces of trash in it.

Parking: Regular size parking lot, but you will miss the driveway if you are not careful.

Luce is so underrated. This restaurant is so good I’ve never had a bad meal. Their burrata appetizer is amazing as well as the long hots. This time I went for one of their specials the crab ravioli topped with shrimp and scallops, it was fabulous. Definitely check this place out!

Overall, a nice place with good food.
We were in a corner, and though the place was nearly empty, (early) the next table was seated caticorner to us which was awkward and unnecessary.

Biggest gripe: the hanging lamps need to be raised. Three members of my party banged their heads on them.

We had a Bridal shower booked for my daughter-in-law. Everything was picked, invitations were sent out and two weeks out from the shower they decided to cancel No answers, no reasons, little communication afterwards Left us high and dry to find a restaurant with availability in two weeks and notify all the guests that it moved to a different location. Thank God La Femina, in Medford saved us. They were wonderful. Would never recommend doing business or having an event at Luce Unprofessional ?

Extremely consistent food in a city restaurant atmosphere. It's a busy place, and patience is a virtue! ?
