3rd time; ordered an iced tea was given an iced tea lemonade mix. I hate lemonade. This is 3 different times, today I was very clear, iced tea, UNSWEETENED, no ice. What did I get ? Large Arnie Palmer. I don’t know where the confusion is. It’s just so damn frustrating. It was the 1 thing that I liked McDonald’s for and they can’t even get that right.

I'll never understand getting sent to the parking spot after ordering ahead, waiting 5-10 minutes and going through the drive thru, don't order anything crazy and I usually can count 4 or 5 cars going right through the line while I wait, is it just bad luck? Should I not use the app? Not sure but I do wish we had more options here in Medford like a Wendy's, Mt Holly mcdonalds doesn't have these issues.

Honestly when you go here during dinner time you get everything right. But breakfast by Uber eats? Forget it. I guess bagels don’t have sauce anymore. And pancakes don’t come with butter/syrup and utensils. But we pay astronomical amounts for delivery. Insane.

Ordered a large fries this is what I get. Asked for no mayo on my sandwich and got a boat load of mayo on my sandwich and stale bread, milkshake had whip cream asked for no whip cream and the fries were cold. The cost of food is outrageous and the price I paid for the food quality was horrible. And to top it off they weren’t even busy.
STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. I’m not joking the employees couldn’t find their way out of their own McDonald’s bag. You WILL be told to pull over and wait and then still get the wrong things. Has happened every time I’ve been there. I’m not exaggerating this McDonald’s is NOT going to be fast food!

The missing soft drink bar at this location is very troubling. If this is a trend happening at other McDonald's restaurants, then I'm gone. It was also very cold inside.

Can be very crowded at times inside and out . The kitchen was just rehabbed , so I don't understand why they can't keep up with the orders. Otherwise great food , service can be slow

Went to medford location recently and was so disappointed in the service. The prices are high and the service is terrible. The staff is rude and couldn’t get the order right. When the order came to the table it was short several items. Not a good experience!!!!

After the remodel they no longer allow refills. Every other fast food establishment in the area does. Since the remodel there is a serious lack of staff, breakfast usually takes 5-10 minutes to come out. I ate there when the Chicken Big Mac came out and it took nearly 20 minutes to get the food. I nearly left without eating. Since the remodel, this McDonalds has become one of the worst that I go to. I’ve been coming to this McDonalds for the past 10+ years. I have been coming here 3-5x a week for breakfast or dinner before the remodel, but I won’t be coming back because of their no refill policy.
