Great spot for a some food and a drink. Prices are a bit high, but service makes it worth it.

This location is a travesty, it is an insult to the otts brand. Very limited menu that the kitchen and staff are still unable to execute. Went with my wife took them 20 mins to give me my beer then proceed to mess up my order and give it to me at least 15 mins after my wife gets her food. She got the boneless wings which they also messed up by giving her some sort of honey hot sauce Instead of just regular wings. I will not be returning and am contacting my bank for a charge back I feel like otts basically stole 60 bucks from me.

Horrible service full of incompetent servers and kitchen staff who are unable to execute a painfully limited menu. Can't even serve a beer in under 20 mins basically stole 60 bucks

Super great vibe in a huge outdoor area. Tons of TVs to watch all your favorite games. Awesome staff. They've really done a great upgrade to their menu and the food actually is really good. Lots of great bar menu foods, great beer selection, and nice cocktail list. Great place to just hang out with friends and have a good time. They have live music some nights also.

Honest & True Standards

Eh, I’ll start off with service is hit or miss. The first time I came I had a waitress in her early to mid 50s named Mary I think? Brown hair, very frown-filled and unpleasant. She didn’t really check on our table much. Kinda gave off a “woe is me” teenager attitude. She gave my friend attitude when my friend said that there were fruit flies in her marg, as if my friend just supposed to pick them out and continue drinking the drink. “So what, do you want them to make another one orrr..?”…There were 3-4 fruit flies floating on the top of the drink, it’s hard to believe that the bartender didn’t see them in there. Drink prices aren’t too bad, but they aren’t very strong either. The fish tacos were atrocious. Dry and bland flour tortillas, with a fishy frozen-tasting filet sliced into thin strips. There was one tiny lil sliver of fishy frozen filet on each taco…for I believe $16 or $17!? I mean, some will say I should have known better than to order fish tacos at a small town bar but sometimes it’s things like that on a bar menu that hit; unfortunately that was not the case here. The second time I came I had a server named Vince, and he was excellent. Very upbeat, positive attitude, and checked on our table at the right times. The wings with hot and honey sauce, were pretty good. You really gotta just stick to a few things on the menu that are hard to mess up like: pizza, wings, that type of bar food. This place has a stinky, sticky and dingey vibe, like how Chuck E Cheese does. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who wasn’t a local, and I will not be back.

I had a cheese steak and fries, which came out delicious, as well as quickly. In addition to the bartender being very nice; the group in the bar was as well, as this was my 1st time in. Some were starting conversations just for fun and really nice people. Great place to sit and hang out no matter who you are.

While I love music, it can be overwhelming here. Even the employees complain. They have a live band regularly. If you want a nice bar where you can eat and have drinks and want to be able to have a conversation with your peeps, eat outside or eat when the band isn't playing. But it's fun if you just want to bounce around and jam with the band.

Parking: When I went, it was a Friday night, and the inside was pretty packed. Also, the outside seating area. But there was still a good amount of parking available.

What more can be said about Brisket over Waffle Fries with associated spices & drizzle.

Large portions at reasonable prices with great service.

Messed up our orders a bunch of times. The appetizers tator tots (side that came with my meal), onion rings, cheesesteak rolls, tasted great. The main meal the max was a complete waste of money burger bun was dry tasteless , burger meat was sadly tasteless, and the fried egg was fried but where is the seasoning. Bacon was missing, ( in two of our burgers) fried egg was missing in one of our burgers as well. This was grossly incomplete burger, no lettuce no tomato, no onion, what kind of empty tasteless no effort burger was a I eating.

Parking was plenty. Half of 3/7 people would come back cause their cheesesteak was good, but the other 4 said they wouldn't come back. Definitely should have tried elsewhere. Or maybe wawa would've been better for everyone. Which is sad to say but we would have saves ourselves from the $211 bill for our group. And been better satisfied.
