Had family move to Medford recently so we’ve been trying out places. This place is a hidden GEM in Medford! We stopped in for lunch and we will definitely be back. The food was phenomenal. We got the carne family nachos, steak enchiladas, and chicken empanadas!! Everything blew us away. So much flavor, simple and to the point. They hand make their tortillas! You have to check this place out. The owner was so sweet and the service was great!! It’s hidden in a little shopping mall, so it’s very easy to miss!

Friendly staff, fast service, and excellent burritos. Don't be fooled by the initial size. There's a lot of food in there! The steak was awesome. The woman cooking is from Honduras. She knows how to do it!We'll definitely be frequenting this place.

Really cute little place with delicious home made Honduran & Mexican food. We ordered Chicken Nachos as an appetizer and they were awesome. For lunch we had the beef & chicken Pastelitos, and they were were absolutely delicious. Prepared in the traditional Honduran style. Family owned-very friendly staff. I recommend giving this place a try.

This is our second visit to Pa Pikar we arrived around 4:00.. We were the only ones there, our server was prompt and informative. We started with beef empanadas I was not disappointed tastie and hot. We ordered two shrimp dishes, fajitas and a la mexicana which is with onions and peppers in a spicy sauce. Both came with rice and refried beans and wraps. We ended up cutting up the shrimp and adding the rice. So good! I ordered coffee, if you want coffee bring your own. We really enjoyed our meal!

I’ve been going here quite sometime for breakfast and lunch. I’ve always enjoyed the food the service and quality. It is a very clean environment and the atmosphere is decorated very nicely. One of the waiters that work there named Jaffeth has always made my experience nice. I believe he is a nice asset to the restaurant. Food that I recommend is the super burritos which I believe are better than chipotle for the simple fact that’s it’s made fresh and it’s authentic. Another dish I would recommend is Baleadas which is basically a breakfast burrito. I still yet have to try everything else. But from the recent dishes I had I know it’s going to be good. Deserts are a hit or miss sometimes but I would definitely try their cheesecake. The price for the food is very reasonable for the portions they provide. Overall it is a very nice restaurant to eat at and it never disappoints me.Vegetarian options: Vegetation burritoParking: Plenty of parking

We were only ones in here on a Thursday evening. We waited quite a while for our meal. There was no one coming in for online orders so I cannot understand the long wait. I think there was only one person cooking but it was still a long awkward wait... I had steak tacos... tasted like no seasoning, over cooked, dry, and room temperature steak... borderline beef jerky ... I'm not dramatizing this.... And my bf had a steak entree.. steak was again over done and very chewy and bland. We wanted to give this place a chance, as they always seem empty.. we love trying new places and supporting small business... but it wasn't good in our experience. We have no desire to eat here again.

Next door never opened at 11 so we walked next door and found this little spot. Super simple menu but seemed to be out of a lot of stuff. They had gauc but no avocado ?! Another customer wanted cheddar and where out. We got breakfast and it was good. Super duper cute
