Will not order again from pretzel factory, I had DoorDash deliver my food. The bag was wide open, not seal close. 1/29/25
This is the first delivery from DoorDash was always taped close, staple close. I threw the bag out in the trash. I didn’t even want to touch the food inside of it..

Used to be the original Frankford Store in Philadelphia had the best pretzels 🥨 now that distinction belongs here. I saw an article in the Inquirer featuring a turkey made of pretzels. It included a double row of rivets as the tail. We thought it would be fun to add one as an appetizer for the holiday. Turns out, apparently, the only place making them was the headquarters in Langhorne, PA. Showed Jim , the pretzel master, the photo and he said he thought he could make one. So, on Thanksgiving Day, we crossed our fingers and stopped in the store which was open till noon. Not only was the bird ready, but it looked a tad better than the one shown in the article. The family loved the result. PS Jim makes trees and wreaths for the upcoming holiday and other specialties. I didn't realize that ,depending on the store, you can get pretzels arranged in artistic designs. By changing the dips from the mustards et al to the sweet cinnamon, cream, and fudge, it would also be a fun dessert.

When you have teenage boys running your business there’s bound to be issues. Maybe hire some adults who know what they’re doing? They charged me twice for my order and then couldn’t figure out how to issue a refund. How do you get a new system and no one knows how to use it? Lol maybe get some training on it beforehand. Also - terrible customer service , for the inconvenience the least you could do is offer some free pretzels or something for YOUR mistake

Love this place. Everything is always fresh and delicious. I made my pretzel run Saturday as I know there will be a full house tomorrow. Don’t forget to tip the hardworking crew. Best deal in Medford NJ.

Fresh hot pretzel dogs...fast service, clean place, plenty of parking. Delicious.
