I will not be going to ANY popeyes chain again. If i could have at least called the store or a customer service agent about the issue maybe it wouldve gone a differently. Any company that cares about their customers experience at all would have a way for us to contact them.

I got shrimp tail in my chicken meal... I do not eat shrimp, when I went back, just to tell the man at the window , that they should be more mindful he tried to blow me off and told me that the fries and shrimp are fied in the same oil..How is this possible. If I could give zero stars I would..

THIS Popeyes only sells the SPICY fish sandwich as in their words, that's all they ship to us. Ive had the CLASSIC and much prefer that one. But since they are not Honest and deceive the customer - why would you ever go back Its not the only place to get a fish or chicken sandwich. good buy

I sure wish I could give ZERO stars. I’m Not sure why I keep coming back to give these people more of my hard earned money. They try to nickel and dime you every way they can for the overpriced food. More money for extra sauce, more money for a cup of water. Are you serious. Take a look at the other fast food restaurants and what they do. Maybe you can learn a thing or two about being nice and not trying to gouge each person that walks in the door. There’s a reason y’all aren’t as busy as the rest, but it certainly doesn’t give you the right to charge for little things the way you do. I will not be back after this experience. I’m done with Popeyes in Medford!

Was here tonight ( Friday 17 Jan 2025) to get something quick for dinner. We ordered a chicken bundle (10 pieces) and sides. When we got home and had dinner we saw how small the thighs were. I saw that the thighs had been cut in half. Then I realized that they have been cutting their thighs in half for years. Chicken thighs don't have completely straight edges so they can't deny that they aren't cutting the thighs in half. You can check out the photo for yourself. Half a chicken thigh for full price, what a rip-off. The other issue is that the chicken had no flavor. Popeyes usually has lots of flavor but this chicken was almost bland, as if the cut their seasonings in half too. I definitely won't be going back to this store again!
