This is one of my favorite stops when I’m near or going thru the city. I always get a fresh original Popeyes chicken sandwich. It is always fresh bread juicy pickles . Not to much mayo and when I bite into my sandwich I always taste all the ingredients. Sounds crazy but the combination of tasting everything on my sandwich with every bite I take down to the last bite is mouth watering . There drive thru is never overcrowded, quick and a friendly smile and thank you. With napkins already in my bag!!!

Ray is the kindest soul! Thank you for letting us get food 10 min before closing. Not a single place was open & he never once made us feel like we were an inconvenience for coming in so late, even though we apologized! Food was great & conversation was better!

They seriously just charged me $18 for two large fries and a small coke. I know things have gone up but this place is just robbing people. Seeing in other reviews they are also charging for sauce goes to show this franchisee and work staff is just a bunch of thieves. Beware.

I went to this Popeyes last Saturday. I walked in and stood there for 5 minutes before the manager finally said I'll be with you soon. It was a women and the manager working on drive thru orders. Once they were done with one customer they decided to help the next drive thru customer instead of helping me. The woman totally ignored me standing there. I was there for 10 minutes with no help. I finally walked out. I knew right away they didn't want to help me because of my color. It's so sad that this still is a problem in this world. I had to tell about my experience. I will never stop there again......ignorant people.

If I'm spending $30 on chicken.. I should be able to get extra sauce ?. I understand everything has gone up.. but there should be some type of condiments inclusion with the order. At least a minimum if 2.I order food and they took the extra sauce out the bag ??... why?Please update your condiment policy if we're spending over a certain amount on Food. Thank you in advance.Food is always fresh, I do believe customer service can be better. Idk just kind of disappointed in the experience. I do understand this is fast food but this is not the first time, I've came here and had this experience. God Bless, this is not a negative reviews - just hoping that you have some improvements moving forward.Thank you!

I'm not even a huge Popeyes fan. I'm a ChickFila guy. But I liketo try their new items from time to time. But THIS location has some of the best costomer service than ANY fast food drive thru I have EVER been to. They are always very fast and VERY friendly and polite. I will go here when I am in the area when I don't really need to, just to grab a tea or shake, or a 6 piece wing, b/c of how nice the staff is.

Food is same as every location but food takes 15+ minutes to finish. Last time they had 7 cars waiting for food after using the drive thru. Be better prepared especially on a Friday at dinner

The food is great.There seems to be an ongoing staffing issue.Store manager is very aloof.No one ever answers the phone. EVER.Dining area is clean, bright, and hardly ever occupied.
