Young Lady behind the counter was coughing at a fairly consistent rate. She made meager attempts at covering them but, was very close to the food prep area and was definitely not covering sufficiently. She was only about 1 foot from the hot sandwich wrappers that were draped over the prep station wall adjacent to the register area. Not my idea of following food prep sanitation guidelines.

Hoagie was good but seemed a little light on the meats for a $15.98 Schwartzie Hoagie. Definitely will not go back to this location again.

Hands down the best hoagies in the area. The ingredients are top notch, and the bread seals it. Scwartzie is excellent (corned beef), Italian diablo a close second. Meatballs are surprisingly good too.

I go to a lot of primos in South Jersey. I never have a problem except tonight. My family got three hoagies tonight at the Medford location and all three weren’t what we order. The employees must not listen to customer. For the price of the sandwiches this should NOT happened. I would go to the Marlton location they never get my order wrong….

What happened to this location?? I don't know if it's the order taker or the person assembling the sandwich, but 7 of my last 8 orders have been wrong. I gotta start checking every sandwich before I leave? Even when I order on app it comes out wrong. Pull it together or I'm finding another hoagie place.

The cashiers here need some training when dealing with the public. They are always so "out of it" and hardly say one word to you. They are the first person you see and they never greet you. The sandwich on my most recent trip was so dry and the roll almost stale. It's a shame because they have some really good combinations to chose from. This location seems to have gone down hill.

Parking: This lot is always dangerous to maneuver and the spots are tight

I ordered the super duper party platter and was not given any condiments (onions, pickles, vinegar and oil, etc.). The brochure states all platters come with.... I called and was sharply told you have to ask for it. 182 bucks and I have to ask for what is both advertised and routine? Never again.

I orded an Italian hoagie, turkey hoagie, and Buffalo cutlet.... I didn't know I needed to ask for lettuce and tomato on the hoagies. It was all teenagers sitting around on their phones. Come on guys, it's NYE and the hoagies look more sad than 2023. Asked for some things on the side too, oil and mayo, they forgot and had to go back in to ask. Now I'll start opening the hoagies before I leave or just go Wawa.
