The pumpkin pie and apple pie concrete were lousy. Do not get, very disappointed and very small.

Stopped two days on my way into Philly..first day, service was great! Love the root beer Gelato! Second evening at 1800 with one young man washing the outside windows and 3 girls and 2 guys inside. One woman infront of me was served, I was next. No one bothered to help me. I spoke I to the window and asked if someone was going to help me, no response. I left. VERY DISAPPOINTED. If I have to be asked to be served t a walk up window, there is something wrong with the staff working on Thursday night. Won't stop at this Rita's again since they apparently don't care about their customers.
