Stopped two days on my way into Philly..first day, service was great! Love the root beer Gelato! Second evening at 1800 with one young man washing the outside windows and 3 girls and 2 guys inside. One woman infront of me was served, I was next. No one bothered to help me. I spoke I to the window and asked if someone was going to help me, no response. I left. VERY DISAPPOINTED. If I have to be asked to be served t a walk up window, there is something wrong with the staff...

yummy... come get your snacks before the yellow jackets come looking for a sweet treat. there is seating on the side but it's a quick drive to freedom park where you can let the wild animals run free (4 legged and 2):-)

This is by far the best Rita's around. The staff is so friendly & professional. Everything is always very clean - even in the sticky summer. 5 stars!

Dietary restrictions: The Italian ice is vegan. The sugar-free flavors are amazing!
