If you are vegetarian I would not recommend this place. Ordered the veggie panini. It was not the best. Colleagues ordered the chicken quesadilla they thought it was average. Fries were also average. Did not taste fresh.

Myself and my company orders from Rustic Grill. There used to be a rude middle aged woman that worked the register. We put up with the rudeness because the food was good. Now there is a new girl maybe in her 20's working the register and taking orders over the phone. At the end of my ordering over the phone. I'm saying ok thank you and I hear a click. We've been hung up on too many times. You should be polite to your customers. We're done!

I ordered a meal from this place and they got the order wrong. I called them about 10 minutes after I got home to tell the girl the order was wrong. I asked her if she wanted me to bring the food back She told me no her boss would call me and work it out he never called so I called again a few days later spoke to the owner or whoever said he would look into and call me back. He never called me back and he told me on the phone that I should’ve just dealt with my pasta the way it was, but I do not agree with that, if I do not get what I ordered I don’t feel like I should have to just deal with the food that I bought because I did offer to bring the food back I feel I’m entitled to a refund because I did not get what I ordered and I do not appreciate her boss never calling me I wasn’t rude or nasty to them that’s his Employees fault that she told me not to bring the food back. That’s not my fault I will never order there again because this is just Completely ridiculous. They could’ve just made me new food the same day and I would’ve been happy, but they didn’t want to do that I called 2 times to make it right if they would have just gave me my money back or remade my that day it would not have been a problem at all but now it is an I’m not going to let this go

THEY CARE about customer satisfaction. Before my first time ordering which was yesterday, I called to ask a few questions. Both times I called, they were so nice, didn't rush me or anything. I ordered a burger, different slices of pizza, a couple wraps etc. Everything I ordered had different notes in them, add this no this extra that etc, they made everything EXACTLY how I asked. I will definitely be a regular here

My fiancé and I tried Rustic Grille for the first time and we fell in love with everything about it. Our server Taylor was amazing. Everything she recommended was spot on! She even asked us our names and welcomed us to the area. The atmosphere and everyone there was very welcoming and family friendly. The prices were really reasonable for the amount and quality of food you get. The Bomb fries and cheeseburger sliders were THE BOMB!!! We will definitely go back again.
