Two stupid decisions makes this Starbucks subpar: 1) The parking lot is so small you can barely turn around to leave, and 2) Good luck ordering inside since they prioritize drive thru customers. Drive thru Starbucks are the worst

I asked for a medium size cappuccino and got a very bad drink! It was halfway filled with milk only and there was no coffee in it. The person who prepared it said that the coffee was at the bottom. I go to the Marlton Starbucks all the time so I am very familiar with the standards of a medium cappuccino. When you stir it you can see the color of the drink change. I will not go to this location again! I wasted my money.

Really don't understand the purpose of selling reusable cups when I come up with one they always tell me they can't fill it up.Asking via drive through to hold onwhile i fill the cup and give them paper one back they can't do it ether.... so what's the point of saving the environment and caring for waist if ur workers are not part of it.

I was a long time patron of this Starbucks. Me and both of my kids. My daughter who is almost 10 walks to the Starbucks and pays for drinks, cake pops, lemon loafs and pup cups for our foster dogs. We live less than 900 feet away. An employee decided to call the medford police and report a concern that she was being neglected and not fed or taken care off. Besides the $3,000 braces in her mouth and debit card she always pays with. They were concerned she was always walking because apparently it’s weird for kids to walk or bike. This employee has made it so Starbucks lost a loyal customer. I will tell everyone I know not to frequent this Starbucks because they clearly overstep boundaries and call police officers with wild allegations over a child asking for pup cups.

I frequent this Starbucks weekly. They prepare their coffees very well and are very quick despite being busy a lot of times. I have never gotten a wrong coffee here either. Their food is also prepared well and the staff is friendly no matter if you go in the morning or right before closing. Just be warned that the parking lot and drive through design is messy so be careful when driving!

Parking: Small amount of spots, pretty tightly put together, and fairly difficult to maneuver in. Same goes for the drive-thru.
