I have been to this Starbucks several times. My orders are typically messed up. The people behind the counter aren't the nicest I've ever met. The only reason I still go there is due to the location.

Why does Starbucks use so much single use plastic?? Also, their coffee contributes to deforestation as they don't use sustainably grown coffee. The fact a company with as much money as they have used the cheapest option while contributing to deforestation and wildlife mortality is absolutely awful. Stop buying literally anything from Starbucks!! Go to a local coffee place or just brew your coffee at home !

I never leave reviews and I go to Starbucks a lot. This location is actually awful. I have never had a good drink from here. I’ve probably wasted $200 on drinks that were pure milk and knowing what they taste like from other locations I know it’s this specific location and not my order. It’s just annoying at this point. The other location in Medford gets it right every time.
Everyone who works at this location is so sweet, especially Julian and Ginny!! If a drink is ever wrong, they are always super nice about it and it comes out really fast, but it doesn’t happen very often to begin with, and I go almost every day

When it's busy, it can be a very long wait...even if you order ahead. Staff is friendly and clearly working very hard to get everything out in a timely manner

Pissed off. I love this place but let me say! The new people can just go somewhere else. I mean that from the bottom of my heart! I order here everyday this particular day I asked for my normal and added cinnamon powder. The older lady act as if she didnt hear me and ask me to repeat I ask her what did she hear? She said nothing back and show me the screen. She missed my oat milk and Cinnamon powder, and a grande. I repeated it back. I get to the front paid for it and I get 10 mins up the street and Realize NO CINNAMON POWDER in my drink😒. I did call the store and stated I didn't get what I ask for and I need to come back however this was 6 am! I even stated how are we at the drive through and not double checking the order.it takes 1 sec to do so! NO It was not crowded at all!!! Now if my favorite workers is not there won't attend to this location! I will drive off.! As photo shown no Cinnamon powder nd if you look at the Receipt it states cinnamon powder😒

Will never buy another Starbucks again, especially from this location. Got a Venti Cappuccino for my wife, by the time the foam settled, less than HALF of the cup has cappuccino in it. For $6+ it’s absolutely absurd to not even get half of the amount you paid for in the cup. Last time I’ll ever give my money to Starbucks.

Disappointed. Ordered pistachio frappachino and tomato and mozzarella. Frappachino Tasted like melted ice and they are really skimpping on the tomatoe and mozzarella. Ugh! Didn't have time to go in so they could remake, but will be able to later next week. Hopefully it will be worth it.
***UPDATE*** I went back today to get my remake of Pistachio Frappachino. This time it was GREAT! Tasted the way it should have! The store manager Christina ( who I spoke with about the issue previously) was at the store. I was able to meet her and she actually made it for me and had me taste it prior to leaving so I was satisfied!!! THANK YOU CHRISTINA FOR YOUR SERVICE!

Can I say a disaster waited 20 minutes for two coffees, a chai tea, and a croissant that was chocolate, taking online orders preparing them with a line seeing people in back of the line get their items before you there is some problem.get it together . I
