Came here after reading the reviews. The pizza was very nice 7/10. The eggplant parmigiana-absolutely horrible. When asked by the staff how the food was, I said I loved the pizza but eggplant parmigiana was not up to the mark. He got offended and said this is how it is supposed to taste rudely. I paid for my meal and decided, we are never coming back…….

Wow!! They catered our year end party and it was amazing! Everyone loved the food! We have people that aren’t big on salads tell me the salad was incredible! Delicious flavor. Timely setup. Friendly. It was a wonderful experience!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. As a person who has worked in this industry at a very well known pizza place in Marlton, I would have made sure to accommodate the customer.
Long post, sorry! We ordered delivery at 4:30pm on a Friday night , they told us the food would be delivered in 30-45 mins. After an hour passed I decided to call to see if the delivery was on its way, they told me they’d check and call me back. I waited 10 mins with no callback, I called them and they said the driver dropped it off and a man answered the door. I told them we did not receive the delivery and I have 2 young hungry kids waiting for pizza, the guy then said we will redeliver it and hung up on me. I called back immediately and told them we did not want it redelivered, we wanted a refund because it was already too late and my kids would be going to bed soon as it was now after 6:15pm. He said fine we’ll refund you and then hung up on me again. Out of courtesy I did not call back again and took their word for it, I waited the weekend to see if we got our refund. WE DID NOT. I called back Monday to follow up, the delivery man and the person working that night claimed our house was yellow or green, it is not. They told me they could not refund us, they could only refund our credit card the day it happened. He then said they could give us a gift card and I advised I did not want a gift card because we don’t plan on eating there again. He said they do not do cash refunds and could potentially write a check that I would have to go pick up. In the end nothing was resolved and now my husband has to dispute this $78 credit card charge through the credit card company.

Ordered Grandmom pizza last night. Very quick delivery almost too quick! Pizza looked amazing & the top ingredients were great, however the dough seemed to be way over cooked & not freshly made. Very tough crust & bottom. Was not what I remembered getting here a year or so ago. Was somewhat fluffy then & fresh. I feel that the bottom pie was cooked before & then filled & baked again. Like I said delivery was really quick for it to be made fresh & baked. See pictures!
