Checkers is way too big of a brand for this location to tarnish its name. I’ve visited a few times since it opened. Initially I figured the poor service was due to the challenges new businesses face when they are still working out how to be efficient in operations. I don’t know what it is, but the service is horrible and unfortunately it reflects in the food. You would think just hire new staff to get it right but that doesn’t seem to be doing the trick. I visited yesterday when it was slow- literally no one there. It took over 30 minutes for me to receive my food. I had to ask if something was broken because they weren’t short staffed, my order wasn’t large, and it was not busy. After I arrived other patrons came after me. None of us received our food at the window and were told to park and our food would be brought out to us. It took so long one guy drove off without even requesting a refund. By the time I do receive my food, something is missing, or prepared wrong. Once, I’ve even received the completely wrong order. It’s really unfortunate that this location performs the way it does. Should you choose to visit, have extremely low expectations and patience.

This is my second time coming here first time I came food was cold now this is my second time and food is still cold and I got the t-pain meal the charge me $6 I got the burger patty was cold and my husband too got the pick any single and patty was cold also poor service when it come to make food

Everything was great, but I did not get my sauces. I was already on the highway by time I realized, no time to go back. That's the only reason for 4 stars

Should have read the reviews before I ordered. What's the point of asking for customization on orders, if you don't bother looking at it? I ordered a hot dog with no mustard and ketchup and my hot dog came smothered in it. Mustard makes my skin crawl. Thank you for ruining my dinner

Poor service and equally poor quality of food. Employees need to be trained better and reconsider the delivery lane which forces to drive to receive food on the passenger side. Too expensive for lack-of-quality establishment. I will not return.
