Don't order online.. they gave me a double buffer instead of the triple I ordered.. I tried calling after I got home but got nowhere, because according to the app the order was still being prepared, and since the order was made online apparently I could of only file a complaint online, but to file a complaint online its needs to be finished..essentially I got robed a piece of meat and chesse..

Ordered pickup and arrived less than 10 minutes later to food that was already cold because it hadn't been put in a warmer. The beef patty and brisket were tough and dry, with the brisket being stringy and overdone.

At first, my mom and I were worried about checking out this location based on the reviews. However, we were both pleasantly surprised. The fry burger and bacon burger are both very tasty. The staff were also very kind and we will definitely be coming back.

Always a pleasure and great experience coming to this location. The staff is friendly, kind, professional and helpful especially Zabrina, Zabrina carries herself as if she is part of management. Her service always comes with a smile and always double checks with me to accommodate any changes and/or to make sure I have everything that I ordered. She is the main reason I love going to this location. She makes every experience a funny and happy one !!! She should, if not already be part of management. She is young and eager and can be a great asset to your franchise. She has great customer service and communication skills !!!

The manager, Jimmy, who I found out today was actually the Director of Operations is always on the line helping. He is very hands on and actually works with the staff instead of walking around with a clipboard barking orders like most management I have seen in the food industry.

I am here at this location almost every other day, if not, everyday with my son and his friends. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The food is always fresh and hot and the service is amazing !!!
