Worse chipotle experience I’ve ever had. First off the tortilla’s wrap crumbled as if it was old and stale. I used my rewards on my app to grab a burrito chips and salsa and I had a promo for a free queso, now I eat my burrito with queso in it already. I open my bag and don’t see my queso, I asked them for the free queso and they were giving me a hard time as if I’m trying to rob them for food. They then tell me oh we put the free queso in the burrito…..what?? Why?? I lost a lot of respect for chipotle after this experience because it was them who in fact robbed me for something I’ve earned never going back to this chipotle

This is the worst experience ever , the lady doing the window and online service was rude and not helpful at all, i requested her to talk to a customer ,as she let my door dash order for a customer get wrongfully takin and just decided to say “oh well call door dash “

I ordered a double protein bowl today through door dash, what I got is double rice , little protein and ridiculous amounts of veggies which is very annoying because I am on strict diet and also paid the extra money to get the double protein, I will never order from this store again, I will pick up my orders from chipotle in lawrenceville, they always get my order right .

Food is fresh. You can see them making it. They replenish it constantly and they are generous with the portions. Good value for the money.
I love Chipotle and decided to try this one on Route 33. When I walked in the restaurant it was very dirty. Tables were a mess and food on the floor. Behind the counter was just as bad. I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to make chicken and the young person behind the counter was very unpleasant just slapping the food in the bowl. My burrito bowl was cold. Service was terrible. I will not be returning to this Chipotle. I was so disappointed.

This was our first time visiting this new location, and from the moment we walked in, the team made us feel genuinely welcomed. They were warm, attentive, and made sure every part of our experience was nothing short of excellent.
The food was delicious, far surpassing my experiences at other locations. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and prepared with care.
We were truly impressed and will definitely be returning. Thank you for such an exceptional visit!
