I'd give it 12 stars if I could! The icecream was delicious and perfectly crafted, the owners were so sweet, and there were games and books for the kids. Just the cutest little ice cream shop!

I really did not like how i got treated today. We came not knowing a thunderstorm was about to hit. We tried to place an order and they said it’s going to take too long. We are outside already and i understand a thunderstorm, but the girls attitude was terrible and could’ve have said it differently but obviously shows she doesn’t want to be there.

Delicious ice cream with a fun atmosphere. The kids loved the toppings selection, tiny umbrellas that topped their ice cream, and game selections on the tables. We loved everything about this place!! ?

The ice creams are delicious, a very very kind lady named Gigi attended to us in Spanish.
100% recommended! I tried the mango flavor and I really liked it!

Amazing ice cream, wonderful staff, beautiful atmosphere, kid friendly, and affordable.
I stopped in after working in the 90° heat, and this was just what I needed. I ordered the cinnamon ice cream, which was not only beautiful, but delicious! The worker Bianca is very professional and friendly, she answered my questions, and helped me order according to my food allergies. I was happy to see this business hire such young professionals. I was also happy to see how kid friendly this shop is with a play section and books. I will definitely be coming back with friends, family, and little ones.

Payed for a milkshake that was soup by the time I drank it(3 minutes i live down the street) was very disappointing. It was supposed to be salted Caramel pretzel and tasted nothing like Caramel and since it was melted I had eat the pretzel pieces from the bottom of the cup because they sank. My husband enjoyed the flavor of his, but his was super thin as well, he might try dessert from here again, but I won't.

It was my family’s first time at Da’Villas & we were greeted with a warm welcome from Nevaeha! She ran down everything that the ice cream parlor had to offer. She spent a lot of time expressing what she liked or didn’t like and I appreciated that since there is so much to choose from. I selected all of her recommendations and I was not disappointed and neither was my family. While I was being helped by Nevaeha, Gigi quickly helped my daughter and had her already licking the ice cream off of her face.

I am a huge stickler on customer service, especially being a business owner myself. Nevaeha and Gigi went above and beyond on their service by taking their time with us, on top of that, we were the last customers of the evening . Most places would have probably rushed us out of there but they made sure we were taken care of.

Thank you so much for a great dining experience ! It is truly a lost art that is perfected at Da’Villas establishment! Not to mention the ice cream and cookies were fantastic!

Happened to discover this place last night while waiting for a takeout order across the street. Had some phenomenal matcha ice cream. The service was fantastic. I can see this becoming my local ice cream spot.

The shop was lovely the employees did a fantastic job with not only my order but everyone else’s. They did get a little rush but was taken care of very quickly by the two teenagers that were working. Overall this place is great the vibe was good and I highly recommend I will be back for sure.
