My husband and i was there for valentines day. food was very good. service was really slow. we didnt say anything because we were enjoy too much. i just want to let you know at the end of the night the waitress has such an attitude because she assume that the $50 that was given towards our bill was her tip. She got nasty with us when we told her that it was not her tip. After spending close to $200, its sad that our night ended that way. I was tempted to leave nothing because of her attitude. tell people to be nice they are not the only one going through something,.Parking: lots of parking

Our server, Meghan, was incredible. She is super friendly, personable and attentive. Atmosphere is on the quiet side and we were with two other couples so be mindful of other diners as we got a little loud at times with our laughing.

My husband and I went here this past Saturday night because we couldn't get reservations at other places we tried because they were hosting halloween parties!! There was no wait, we were immediately seated however we had to wait a long time for our food! That's fine for a Saturday night but the bread for an itaian restaurant was bland and tasteless!!! My veal parmesan was clearly not traditional veal parmesan!! It was literally 2 very thin slabs of veal topped with sauce & mozzarella! No bread crumbs or pre-frying the veal cutlet before the parmesan layer!!!

First time visiting this family owned and run restaurant that has been around for 47 years!!!! Popped in for a late lunch after a busy day of shopping and was so surprised by the food quantity, quality, presentation and reasonable price!! Had the Blackened Swordfish and Chicken Valdostana which was so amazing!!! Josephine was the sweetest server!! Afterwards, we had the very yummy toasted almond cake with some extra whipped cream and a mellow and coordinating Nutty Irishman cocktail! You simply must try them together because they each contain a wonderful almond taste!!! Love the bar, fireplace and piano too!! Nice classy touches!!! Even their butter is served in a pretty presentation!

I attended a small baby shower at Carpaccio's today. The food was pretty standard, portions were on the small side, bread was hard, no cheese was offered for the pasta, but nothing necessarily wrong with the food. The restaurant itself is old and could do with updating but it was clean. Wait staff were polite. What really annoyed me and the reason do my 1 star review was the beverages. To start there were 2 pitchers of ice water on each table, and pitchers of sodas and sangria on a table to the side. We went through the water fairly quickly and over the course of 4 hours not one pitcher was refilled. The wait staff left us completely alone except when dropping and clearing our plates so there was no one to ask for refills, and honestly no one should have to ask for WATER. By the end we resorted to the pitcher of watered-down (because the ice had all melted) flat soda because we were so thirsty. Such a simple thing but it made a huge difference. Once the sangria pitchers emptied the staff refused to fill those too. Maybe there was a limit to the sangria, I don't know, but the water should have been refilled. This place clearly needs some help.
