First and last time ordering here. I do not eat pork. Ordered egg and cheese wrap and hash browns. Took forever and a day to get my order from the drive through. Drove off on my way to work. My order was completely wrong. The bag contained egg and bacon wrap and no hash browns. Called several times but if course no one picks up the phone. Very annoyed. Please stay away unless you enjoy getting incomplete and wrong orders. After reading the reviews, I appears as if I am not the only sucker who spend money at this location. Never again.

I ordered 10 munchkins - got 9 Bit into my munchkin and found a long hair in it! So disgusted, never going back.
I also ordered a latte, asked for whip cream. He forgot it, I asked for whip cream when I saw it didn’t have any and he got all upset like he didn’t want to do it….??? Truly bad customer service and food all around. Hair is diabolical in a munchkin, it was all rolled up in there.

I was charged $1.50 for a cup of tap water to go with my order in the drive though. This amount was not mentioned on the board though, I noticed it on the receipt when I got home. The creepy guy leered at me when he gave me my order too, nasty place. They won’t be in business for long.

Dunkin' Middlesex has a most advantageous location, being just a few steps away from the always popular Middlesex Shopping Center. I stopped by and had an Iced Coffee, Egg Wake Up Wrap, and Jelly Donut. All were good; the wake up wrap slightly overdone on the edges. However, it was quite substantial and sufficient.
Vegetarian options: Not much. Just avoid the bacon and sausage options.
