This location is filthy inside , employees are as friendly as Tiger sharks
Ordered a coffee roll at 9 pm and it was harder then a algebra midterm
Took one bite and said this is stale and they simply said you ate it
I'm a little older but I remember their motto used to be time to make the donuts and it just seems like every location makes a batch in the morning and anywhere you go to after they sell out there's no such thing as fresh donuts anymore made throughout the day
Iam done with this entire franchise in general.....they all suck

Saturday Nov.9th 10:20am. Atmosphere was horrible. Manager scolding loudly employees in front of customer. Unprofessional and made me uneasy. Not a good Atmosphere to sit down and eat breakfast. Please coach your Manager on leadership skills.

I’ve stoped in a few time and it seams this place has become a hang out there is always a lady in there hanging out sits for hours yelling at people she is very loud had to be told to quiet down she makes it very uncomfortable to even go inside now when I see her in there I go to another

I love coming here during my break … love me some Dunkin the new refreshers are so good for the summer the people here are always so nice and I don’t know how they do it but they prepare the best refreshers ?

This is the first Dunkin I brought my grandma to since she moved to the US with me and she’s loved Dunkin’ Donuts coffee ever since. And we’ve been to other Dunkin branches, but she says that this location has the freshest coffee and their bagels and always soft. We love spending our afternoons here, the environment is always so calm

I take my kids to Dunkin every morning before dropping them to school; we love going to this location specifically because the environment makes you feel welcomed and the employees are always so kind and receive you with a great smile!!

Unfortunately, the donuts they gave me were super hard, they didn't give us what I asked for, I had to buy other drinks again and give the drinks to the two employees who were there, they didn't give me napkins or straws, I had to park, go in and go get the napkins and the I don't recommend straws, they give bad service. I really like the Donkin donut but I think we should look for other alternatives.

It makes you feel really good when, you walk in the door and your coffee is being made already or you don't have to say anything and the employee knows what you like. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Middlesex DD is mine and my sister's favorite place.

I used the Dunkin' app to order for the very first time & picked up the order in the drive thru. I ordered an iced coffee drink with extra caramel. It said there would be "3X caramel" in the drink, as well as "caramel drizzle" on top of the whipped cream. "Caramel" was strongly indicated to be a key ingredient in my drink. It was getting dark when I picked up my drink, & I was halfway home before I realized there was not a drop of caramel ANYWHERE. Originally, I thought there must have been a disconnect between what I ordered on the app & what Dunkin' prepared. However, that theory was proven blatantly incorrect because, on the side of the drink, there was a sticker with clear info indicating the "extras" that were to be included. It had the word "caramel" specified 3 different times, yet I'd received none. How hard is it-when you see the same word 3X & put the sticker on the side of the drink-to put the actual specified ingredient into the drink? I didn't drive back across town to complain...but I certainly will mention it next time. This Dunkin' location is notorious for having blunders, so I can't say that I'm surprised. It boggles my mind how the simplest of tasks seem like rocket science to most people who lack any critical thinking capabilities or basic common sense. Ugh!
