Inka’s Flame is a true gem for authentic Peruvian cuisine. From the moment you walk in, you’re welcomed with warm, friendly service and a comfortable, family-style atmosphere. The food is absolutely delicious and full of traditional Peruvian flavors.

The lomo saltado is perfectly cooked, flavorful, and generously portioned. Chicken and beef soup is super fresh.
Fries are on point. The house sauces and corn nuts are a great touch and elevate the entire experience.

Portions are generous, prices are fair, and everything tastes fresh and authentic. Whether you’re familiar with Peruvian food or trying it for the first time, Inka’s Flame does not disappoint.

Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality Peruvian food in Middlesex, NJ — we will definitely be back!

Small joint with great service and food. First time tried Chicha morada, a traditional Peruvian drink 🍷, it was great. The food portion was large and priced decent. The pasta on the combo was delicious 😋

Delicious and fresh Peruvian food! We ordered the Salchipollo, fried yucca and choritos (mussels). This last one was amazing! So fresh and tasty! The other dishes were very good too! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the food. Will definitely come back to try more!

I am so glad I came across this restaurant. Right away I was greeted by two very welcoming people. I was told about the specials but ordered the Chaufa con carne. Carlos was one of the people here that greeted me and he was SO NICE! We had a nice chat and then the food came. It was DELICIOUS. I’m obsessed with the green sauce (I believe it’s called aji verde)… it’s one of the tastiest I have ever had. Yet the rice didn’t even need it because it was so flavorful. Hands down so delicious, portions are so generous and price is absolutely reasonable for the quality and portion. Will be back to try the Lomo soltado which I heard was amazing. Def recommend!
