Half the time the drive through isn't even open, happened on several occasions
35 minutes late with a component of my order, while the rest was delivered immediately.

Honestly one of the worst McDonald’s I been to , they normally have no one out at the front and it’s a bunch of kids talking in the back instead of working … I normally have this problem and never said nothing but today I ordered a medium caramel coffee and they filled it up less then half and boiling hot to the point I had to go up to the counter and call someone over cause as I said there never anyone there lol and told them this isn’t how you serve your customers…. Idk if the people there are lazy or what but that definitely put a stop to my day lol NOONE plays with a man’s coffee and time waiting at the front while they walk past

If I could give 0 stars I would. This mcdonalds never gives you all the food you order, whether it be in person or online. They always give reheated chicken nuggets and cold food. Staff including management is always over the top rude especially the older male manager that works evenings and nights. He is so lazy and has even denied me a bag to take home my order. I have a big family and always order at least 60 to 70 dollars worth of food and he always wants to bag it in small bags and when I asked for a big bag because I had 6 large drinks to carry as well, he flat out told me no. That he is saving those bags for his online orders. Never wants to help, and always makes everyone use the kiosk which never gives a receipt. I have witnessed them ignore teenagers when they come back to the counter because they never got the requested sauce they asked for with there nuggets and he had the nerve to get upset and ignore them when they request extra sauce. They always have an attitude when you go back in to get the remainder of your order that is not in the bag. The tables are always dirty when you go to dine in. The younger girls and female management during the day are just as rude. Save yourself the trouble and drive to a different mcdonalds. I live 5 minutes from this location and would rather drive the 10 minutes away to the mcdonalda at the bridgewater promenade. Way better over there and staff and customer service is so great over there.

Waited over 20 minutes to get our food that was cold. I placed our order at 9:55 pm through the app. We were able to leave until after 10:30 pm. We spoke with what appeared to be the night leader, about why our order took over 19 minutes. The team leader explained that he had to serve at the counter too. I said that the drive-thru employee told us to move up and park 19 minutes prior to the crowd of seven young adults that entered the store. Our order was simple (3 cheeseburgers, 2 chicken wraps, fries, a coke, and sundae). I thought the app was supposed to be a saving component for the customer. I did not experience any savings. When we finally drove away after 10:30 pm our food was cold. I know it is difficult to reheat McDonald's food. Come on McDonald's, your food and service seems to get worse every time I visit no matter where I visit McDonald's. After I spent ,conservatively, over $500k over 60 years buying McDonald's food, this customer deserves better from you. Sitting in a car with my wife in a dark McDonald's parking lot at 11pm is not the safest place and the situation is unacceptable, at least in terms of McDonald's high standards. This scenario plays out every time I go to McDonald's. You can do better. We want to do better.

My order was incomplete
They don't clean the tables here always dirty, also no paper napkins or utensils available to get always have to wait for people working back to see us and hopefully they listen and hopefully they agree to give, as a fast food chain no basics of food place being there and no basic cleanliness. Zero service
Never been to any McDonald like that ever hopefully they see this put some basic utensils like paper napkin so people just clean tables as the people working here cannot or dont want to.
Worst for dine in experience.
Associate at drive threw was rude and made me feel unappreciated as a customer and as if I was bothering them will no longer be bring my business here and when I said cancel my order ima go some where else she said ok with a joyfully voice

Poor service. They have 10 people working behind the counter and it takes almost an hour to get your food. They don't fill up the fry containers all the way. Also no one speaks English

This McDonald’s used to have great service. I don’t know what happened but the fact I’m in the reserved parking spot for 10 minutes already and all I got was 4 nuggets and fries. Kind of comical at this point. I also used mobile order before I came.
Update 20 min later I got my order and didn’t get everything. The worst service they’ve ever had. Management do better.
