The worst customer service in jersey. The food is ok it’s McDonald’s. Worst experience going thru the drive thru. I was trying to place an order and the girl at the drive thru would not let me speak. She kept adding food on her own and asking me if everything on the screen is correct. I went to Wendy’s instead. McDonald on 22 is way better

Used my mobil app. To save time. Pulled up to window gave special code , got beverage, was asked to park at the front of building. I sat there for another good 5mins. Now 15 mins since i ordered food online. Finally went inside and asked about my food. Was told they were very sorry but they totally forgot about me. So glad i downloaded the stupid mobile app. What a joke !
