Great food, great atmosphere. Family owned and they make you feel like family. I was in town and stopped by because it was my dad’s favorite place to eat and do car shows before he passed. Tania and Paul came and talked with me I felt like we were all family. They knew so much about him. Made my day knowing how loved he was. Thank you.

Great Texas Weiner dive that featured classic cars on Monday. Chili dogs were really good but the sleeper on the menu were the homemade brownies which were made fresh that day. Tons of chocolate chunks made the brownies insanely good. Will be back for sure.

Took my senior father here I really appreciate it that they treated him kind and with respect it's a senior friendly location so if you're disabled or in the wheelchair you can navigate easily. they also have car shows on Monday and I know my dad wouldn't enjoy that! The hot dog was delicious and it was twice the size of the role no complaints here!
I'd also like to point out that the entire staff was so friendly and you know that means the world to me!

Middlesex Texas Weiners is one nice little establishment. Although the primary focus is on hot dogs, there are numerous other options to satisfy patrons' palates. My choice today was the eponymous Texas Weiner, the hot dog icon of New Jersey. The chili was spicy and had a nice kick to it. Despite my arrival about thirty minutes before closing, the counter lady was still quite pleasant and accommodating, and never made me feel rushed at all. Parking is adequate for this place, and I can see why this establishment is popular with shoppers from the shopping center across the street. My compliments to this place.

Vegetarian options: Not much aside from the usual fried veggies.

The food was about what you would expect for diner food. Not amazing but not bad either. They have ceiling tiles which are moldy and clearly damaged from prior leaks that haven’t been replaced or cleaned, which is weird because the rest of the place seems clean.

They charge about 3.65% service charge for credit cards and no service charge for cash. There is a 20% fee for parties of 4 or more.

At the end of service (for three people), the waitress crossed out the total with tax amount on the receipt and wrote a price $11 more than what the crossed out price was. When I questioned her she said that it was tip. At no point was I made aware that she was going to add tip herself or asked if we wanted to add tip. When I calculated it, it was $2 more than if a service charge was added, basically a 25% tip she added on herself.

Will not be coming back.

Texas Weiners are great but they have a lot more than just hotdogs too! The food is always good and surprisingly cheap. Staff is great and food is always quick to come out.

Made the mistake of getting the chili dog at another place in Middlesex today. It was OK but cost me $7.25 for one dog! Middlesex Texas Weiners are the best! The food is great, the people are nice, and the value is good. I always get 2 dogs, fries, and a soda, but usually only eat one dog so I have a nice snack later. I just read a really nit picking review about here and can only say that the reviewer needs to get a life. Been coming here for years and have never had a bad experience. Sometimes come here twice a day, for breakfast and then Chili Dogs for lunch or dinner. And with Summer coming the parking lot car show will start up and the good times will roll again! ?

They Give you lots of chili on the dog which was very fresh. The owner (I think it was the owner) came up and asked me if I was happy.
