I am pretty sure I saw the workers behind the counter walking around in bare feet. I run the risk of having to go there again to get photo evidence...if I am there again I will be sure to take a picture and update this review.

Pizza was a step above Domino’s. Pizza was franchise pizza. We wanted pizza and we were in the area. Ordered a pizza with Italian sausage, said it twice , italian, got home, was their sausage which is breakfast sausage . This happened another time in South Plainfield. Should have went to an italian restaurant . It was tasty, but pricey. The person who took the order was very nice but evidently didn’t know the difference between tge 2 sausages.😂

Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!!! Crazy thing, we did not even ask for a refund, just for our correct pizza. This guy argued that it was our fault him or his employee put the wrong pizza in the box!!! Then he hung up. Nope!! Don't waste your money!

We ordered a pizza from this establishment and the put the wrong pizza in the box with the correct pizza label and proceeded to deny the mistake and would not remake the pizza. The employee hung up on us when he realized that they had indeed placed the wrong pizza in the box…. I would not order from them as there is no accountability!!!! Horrible customer service!!!

This papa johns is the worst!!! The manager is so rude it's unbelievable. They told me 30 min and it literally took over an hour to get. Then I call because it was cold when they got here and the manager refused to listen to me and then hung up on me. Never again!!!
