I normally enjoy Popeyes, but my experience at this location was disappointing. I placed an order that had missing items, and when I returned to calmly explain the issue, the manager was immediately rude and dismissive. I understand the items weren’t on the receipt, but I asked for them at the counter, and the way we were spoken to was completely unprofessional. It felt like we were being stereotyped and treated as if we were trying to scam the store — which we weren’t. I left without the food I wanted because the situation was so uncomfortable. Really disappointing customer service

Came here to try the limited time pickle menu items after seeing reviews, namely Kenji’s. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant. Everything from the chairs to floors, restroom and even exterior seemed new. The service was great and the employees all seemed genuinely happy. The food was hot, crispy, had the right amount of pickle flavor and spice. The pickle lemonade is interesting, it’s not for everyone though. I hope they will keep the pickle menu available for more than a month!

Ordered the new honey lemon pepper wings and fries. Fries were fresh and hot but wings were freezing cold and I ended up with food poisoning

Been to this location before, Middlesex nj...friendly staff, food was hot and fresh
Gave us apple pies for our wait time- well worth it

Very poor service. The store closes at 11 i was here around 9 and there is hardly any food available. Standing at the counter these people took more than 15 min to take my order, let us make wait. These guys will ruin Popoyes name
