Flavors are tasty but costumer service is awful. My orders were all wrong because the attendee couldn’t bother to take off his AirPods. I would recommend some costumer service training

The ice cream and Italian ice taste the same at this location as every other location, which is good. The problem is the selection. I was just at a Ritas in Pennsylvania and they had at least 8 different soft serve ice cream flavors, including cake batter and pistachio among others. This location always only has vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. Pistachio is my favorite and I got that when I was in Pennsylvania. I also noticed the other Pennsylvania location had more Italian ice flavors as well.

Ordered ice cream in a cone and got ice cream in a plastic cup. When I pointed this out to the lady, she just said I had ordered it in a plastic cup. Which was not the case and I drew your attention to that. She just said, I can put a cone on top. But that wasn't what I ordered. I ordered an ice cream in cone. After that I didn't feel like the ice cream in the plastic cup anymore. She didn't even bother for change or clear the situation. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Not sure if this place has changed owners recently, but they used to be really nice and we never had a problem. We’ve gone here for 20 years. We went for the first time this summer and the woman got the order wrong 3 times. We asked for a twist in a cone and apparently that was hard. Then when she finally got it right it was the tiniest little bit of ice cream. We said that seems a little small, and she said she put too much in. I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but I will go to Hillsborough or Somerville instead. Never had an issue there.
