Every time I go, It's hands down the best pupusas around! The mother and son who I think do all the cooking, couldn't be any nicer. One time I left with a take out order, not two minutes later I recieved a call, apologizing me they forgot toput the salsa in the bag that goes with the pupusas's. They seem to love what they do, and it clearly shows in their food. Five Star's!
No one makes as great pupusas in Central Jersey like Silvias. They're cheesy and a good amount of pork in them. I like how they have a variety of them. They also have beef soup which is also good!
Don't be confused by the big old sign that says Roxanne's (I think that's the name) Pupuseria or by the fluorescent open sign that's not always on. Sylvia's is open 7 days a week and you should definitely stop by! Sylvia greets you at the door with a bright smile and welcomes you into a small dining room. It feels more like you're getting ready to have dinner with your grandma. Sylvia makes everything to order so don't be surprised if it takes...
