This was the BEST, kindest, and friendliest Italian market I have ever been to. I grew up in an Italian family, where we treated everyone like our own, and that is exactly what just happened when I walked in. I am taken aback truly. Such a great place and great food!
Have used this place several times for catering orders and we are always very happy. Everyone raves about their antipasto platters! We recently ordered a large tray of penne in vodka sauce with chicken added in (they were very good about customizing the food, and the chicken was delicious in the pasta), a small antipasto and a few loaves of their homemade Italian bread. Everything was delicious, the trays were overflowing with food… could have fed way more than it promised....
The absolute best raviolis I’ve ever had! Both their marinara sauce and vodka sauce are to die for! I also love that their colorful holiday ravioli (hearts, Easter eggs) are made with natural ingredients like tomato paste instead of food dyes. This multi-generational family owned shop is one of NJ’s best spots for Italian food.
