Ordered food online, driver forgot something. I waited 45 minutes and called and the driver had the nerve to tell the owner I didn't pay him correctly. Food cold and missing items and then to have been lied to that I didn't pay him correctly. If I didn't pay him correctly I would have assumed I'd be contacted. The customer service is horrible, I recommend buying somewhere else, their is plenty of Chinese restaurants around.

Ok this Chinese place close to my shop and I think want to eat hunan chicken,I orde twice different days and first what I got it was a general tso’s chicken,I said alright my mistake because didn’t check my food,second time I checked and told Her this is not hunan chicken and she said it is,I showed her via GOOGLE what pos to be did and she said this is not hunan chicken when I ask back tell me what is it then,she freezes right away and dont say anything!!god damn chines people dont know what is own national food,ridiculous ???this place is sucks!!!!

When I have time to eat lunch during my work day, and am in the area of New Szechuan Kitchen, I go and pick up sweet and sour chicken with rice. Best chinese food I've ever tasted.

Awful delivery experience. Left out a whole order and refused to re deliver because they were “too busy”. Not to mention spent 5 minutes JUST trying to spell out my address to 2 different people before telling me I was too far! Then after wasting more of my time, they had the nerve to suggest I come pick up my missing order! Never again. Awful service
