This shit ass, they don’t know how to cook. My cinnabon pull apart is extremely burned and tough, my burger was pink and my fries were overdone. Just take the extra trip and go a couple more miles.

The food is generally good, on the par with Mcdonalds and Burger King in the area. But the dining room was overflowing with garbage and there was garbage all over the parking lot. Also, I had a large soda and frosty and asked for a drink carrier. Was told that with only those items it was a waste of a drink carrier and I couldn't have one. Seriously???

Some of the other employees were nice but there’s this one older black lady with glasses who has a stuck up attitude. She was dry and snobby with me for no reason. My first and last time here. I understand why she was the way she was because what do you expect from a fast food place? Obviously not a luxurious customer service experience. I get it they may be underpaid and overworked but that doesn’t excuse anything. I worked in fast food for years so I understand how it is but not once have I ever blew up on a customer at all. I pray to God that she heals from whatever she’s going through because there has to be a reason why she blew up on me.

I had a very good experience here tonight and want to recognize Marciano for excellent customer service. I was having trouble ordering through the app and he went above and beyond to help me. The food is good and fresh. I also glanced over at the wall before leaving and noticed that he is an employee of the Month. Well deserved Marciano. Thanks again.
